"Whoa..." Said Algernon. "THAT WAS AWESOME!!!" He shouted excitedly. Ebenezer then glared at Algernon.
"AWESOME?! DIDN'T YOU SEE?! SHE TRIED TO KILL US!" Shouted Ebenezer.
"So?" Asked the blond rich man.
"SO?!" Yelled Ebenezer as he grabs Algernon by the shirt. "Listen! Like it or not! We must get the heck out of here, and from that little freak!"
Both suddenly felt that something like a laser hit them both. Ebenezer then felt fear in his mind.
"Don't-look-don't-look-don't-look-" He looked and saw a giant purple-skinned girl in front of them.
"WHO'S THE LITTLE FREAK NOW! HAHAHAHAHA!" Laughed Cassidy. When Ebenezer and Algernon were talking, Cassidy used her shrinking laser to turn them small. However, this was temporal, so she must get them quick.
"WE ARE GONNA DIE!!!" Screamed Ebenezer as he runs away.
"HEY! Don't leave me here!" Shouted Algernon as he follow the black-haired rich man.
"Here, richis, richies, richies! Here, richies, richies, richies!" Sa
Housemates: DNCMF036Morning slips almost imperceptibly by to afternoon, and it's only when the dimming sunset light begins to turn the cerulean room into a shifting-shadowed underwater scene that I stand and attempt to take stock of my surroundings. The draped forms of furniture still crouch around the edge of the room, illuminated in shaded blue by the sunlight filtering through dusty iris curtains. I draw the gauzy fabric back and find the small window, paint peeling off the frame in thin white shards, nailed shut, the panes smudged with traces of smoke and dirt.Housemates: DNCMF0362 years ago in Introductions & Chapters

I turn back to the room and pick up the cover that had hidden the bed, folding it absentmindedly and shoving it beneath the mattress, and then begin doing the same with the old canvas over the rest of the furnishings. Two armchairs upholstered in soft, deep indigo fabric that releases a wash of ancient, dust-laden air when I sit down a tall, dark wardrobe which swings creakily open when I tug one of the doors a squat clothes-chest
Housemates Round One - Part OneTyne's fingers coiled and shifted around each other in his lap. His palms felt a little clammy, but that wasn't exactly unusual. He nearly always felt nervous as of recently. He took a glance around the large hall. Chatty participants discussed the tournament to come or exchanged ghost stories. Most people seemed quite cheery, which Tyne supposed was because they had been invited, or were otherwise supposed to be here. He, on the other hand, had snuck in the back door of this mansion after a bout of paranoia. He had tried to leave when he discovered what was happening, but no matter how hard he tried, he hadn't been able to find a door. All hallways seemed to lead even further into the gargantuan house, rather than out of it.Housemates Round One - Part One2 years ago in Short Stories

That wasn't the worst part, though. The worst part wasn't the inescapability of the mansion, it was the inescapability of the cameras' watchful eyes. Red, glowing circles were everywhere, observing everyone gathered for this tournament of sorts. Tyne thought it co
Housemates Round One - Part Four"Three!" Tyne shouted, dashing forwards. He sent his first set of crystals soaring at the goo monster's head. He wasn't sure that this hellish thing would have a weakspot, but he guessed that if it did, the head was a good place to start.Housemates Round One - Part Four2 years ago in Short Stories

But, the goo simply sank down to avoid the ice. This, however, gave Baimu the opportunity to swing at the body of the beast. His blade passed through the sludge, but it emitted a sort of howling squelch, as if the blow had some sort of effect on it.
Tyne tried to go for the body as well, thrusting his hand into the ooze. He froze a large part of the goo, but at the cost of motion of his arm.
"What're you doing?" Baimu called, now somewhere behind Tyne.
"If it's frozen, I might be able to shatter it like before!" he explained, thrusting his other arm into the body of the goo.
Baimu had said something else, but suddenly everything had gone quiet for Tyne. A low voice spoke in his head. "Am I really the one you want to harm?" it said smoothly. "I'm a hou
