Final Form of the heartI used to think ever snice we met,
what can I do to make you like me more?
what can I do to make you hug me more?
I used always think that.
What if I became transparent like water ?
you could see all of me but no then I'd slip slip through your fingers and wouldn't be able to be hugged.
What if I was intense like lightning ?
I could protect you from anything that attacks you but no
even you'd bebecome afraid of and you wouldn't be at my side anymore.
What if I became passionate like fire I could snuggle you anytime you're cold but no I might become to happy and accidentally burn you.
What if I'd shined like the light ?
No matter how dark the road is. I could brighten it for you.
But no then I'd be the only one to stand out,and you'd become nothing but a shadow.
What if I was slient like darkness.
I won't be able to come out suface normally. But I can support you from where I can't be seen.
But no then you might forget me.
What if I became like nature?
I could kindly hold you when your

Cry to the crystal moon
As light of silver
Descends with grace
The pale river sparkles
It shivers uncontrollably
Chilled by their cries
Time is frozen
The moment slowly fades
The wolves prowl restlessly
Calling to each other
A song of wonder
Fills the air
None have heard it before
Though it is as ancient as the moon

picking up speed.
Leaving trails of prints behind,
as the wolves take the lead.
Nothing but a blur, as they pass.
White as the snow.
Panting as they run,
Showing no signs of slow.
The wolves move swiftly around,
Dodging every tree, every rock.
But so silently as they do it,
There is nothing here to mock.
They climb a hill, to the very edge.
In the distance hoots a snow owl.
The wolves gather round,
and great the moon with a howl.
WolfI saw my soul that dayWolf10 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
I saw it in a pair of amber eyes
Full of sorrow and understanding
I saw the true me that day
In the swiftness of running
On four feet instead of two
Claws and teeth ferocious
As well as kind
I found my true name
In the warm grey fur
Hard and stiff like rocks
Yet soft like velvet
I saw how wonderous the wild is
In song, and soft moss bedding
To work as a team, and to love
I found myself that day
I was lost and blind before
I found myself in the eyes
The eyes of a wolf
He showed me the path
That was hidden
The magic of living again
Not dying, if not for him
I would be dead
I shall never forget that wolf
Who saved my life
Who showed me my true self
My true name
And who to trust it with

Combined in a creature of the night.
The moon calls them and they answer,
Howling into the darkness.
At the hear of their sound,
Little kids run scared to their beds,
Hiding under the covers,
Frieghtened by legends and lore.
Terrifying creatures indeed,
But also magnificent and intriguing.
Wonderful beast of moonlight,
Beautiful, beautiful wolves.

Running With the WolvesThe howl goes up,Running With the Wolves9 years ago in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
My blood goes cold,
I will run with the wolves,
Before I'm too old.
I watch the pack streak down the hill,
Grab my coat and out the door,
I run to meet them,
Mind full of old wolf lore.
A bark and a nod,
A space in the pack,
I join their hunt,
Without looking back.
We frighten a deer,
And begin to chase,
Catch it and feast,
Raw meat and blood on my face.
When it is over,
I return to my home,
A head full of memories,
To take to my tomb.
And for just one night,
I knew true freedom,
Running with the wolves,
In nature's kingdom.

RedMoon WolfsLet me tell you a word,RedMoon Wolfs9 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
A word of the book of the moon
When earth was born
Wolfs ruled all
And from wolfs were born
Their messengers of the red moon
When the flower of lunar blooms
May the paradise of wolfs be opened
By the wolf of legend
His fur as white as the lunar flower
His blood as pure as the ocean is blue
Unbreakable even to his own heart
He guides the wolfs of brown and gray
And to the end is were they are to stay
In the end I will tell you now
Blood ran free on the snow covered ground
As the wolf of black appeared to kill
To take the flower
And murder it still
Though her blood alone is poison,
The one of black drank the curse
Killing him from inside
He taints the snow,
Making it red
Only as one
May paradise be opened
Blood of the white wolf
And the lone lunar flower
Only then may the flower bloom
Opening the doors to paradise
Morning Walk in AutumnThe marsh is half frozen,Morning Walk in Autumn4 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
splays of ice scattered
over leaves and mud.
Reed tops coated in frost
bowing to the cold.
I walk over the creaking bridge
and think of autumn,
clutching in my stiff hand
three fallen branches
and dead leaves--
a brittle bouquet
for my vase--
their stillness says
I died to make all things new.
A Wolf's LullabyA Wolf's Lullaby10 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
Looking through my opened window
Unable to sleep at all
I hear a wolf's cry
Full of sadness and pain
At the sound of it I start to cry
Running into the forest with only my pjs
I follow the trails of wolves
Looking for wounded soul that cried
Finding the wounded animal
Knowing it's about to die
I get on my knees and craddle it's head
Singing a wolf's lullaby
Several years later unable to sleep again
I hear the sound of wolves crying
Full of happiness and rejoice
I fall asleep at the sound of a wolf's lullaby
