3 Granny Smith Apples (cut into wedges, then quartered)
3 Fugi, Gala, or Honey Crisp Apples (cut into wedges, then quartered)
1 large bunch Green Grapes (halved)
1 large bunch Red Grapes (halved and seeds removed)
2-3 stalks of celery (cut into slices)
1/2 to 3/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
1 cup mini Marshmallows
1/2 cup dried Cranberries (Optional)
12oz Vanilla Yogurt (Apple Cinnamon Spice Yogurt is best if you can find it)
12oz Whipped Cream
Cut up and mix well by hand. Mix Yogurt and Whipped Cream thoroughly, then mix into fruit. Chill, serve, and enjoy.
Holiday Jello (Family Recipe)
Get a large package Cranberry Jello Mix (or Raspberry jello mix if you can't find Cranberry). 2 cups hot water, stir til disolved. Add 2 cups cold liquid (1 cup Ginger ale and 1 cup Cranberry Juice, can substitute 1/4 to 1/2 Orange juice for part of cold liquid). Add 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (NOT Jellied). Stir to break up completely, no large lumps.
