- oatmeal (with seaweed, salt, white pepper, thin soy sauce) - seaweed - cheddar cheese flowers - zucchini - sesame (oil n seed) - mixed stir fried veggies (my mom made this for today's lunch, n there are still some left, so am using this for tmrrow's lunch) - baked quail with cream sauce (my sister made this for today's lunch, got some more left so am eating this tmrrw) - lemon slices - dragon fruit (white variety) - chocolate chip drops (white + dark)

This I made for fun. Since I'm on my summer holidays from uni, there's no real reason for to make any lunches. I do work, but I just throw leftovers together...I've been quite lazy.
However now that I'm home, I gotta do something that feeds the family, so I threw some things together from the fridge. I present Bento 002. Spring (minty version) fried rice (fresh capsicum, carrots, brocolli stalk, frozen peas & corn, lup xuong/chinese sausage and egg.) Green beans stir fried in garlic and sesame & olive oil. Sauteed chicken breast and brown onions in store bought teriyaki sauce.
I try to avoid making too many things at once, because I always constantly taste and by the time I'm done cooking, I'm pretty full.

I was trying to make more Tofu Nuggets, but the tofu I got, even though it said firm, wasn't as firm as the last brand I bought. The mix ended up being extremely creamy an were a huge pain to make into patties so I got creative and made Tofu-Miso-Edamame Gyoza! They were so delicious! They literally tasted like cream cheese/bad for you/you're gonna regret this laster goodness, but they're really healthy for you! I think I'm gonna try my hand at making my own version of crab ragoon after this! This bento contains:
