Warnings: This story is Sokka x Katara. Nuff said. I warned you, so don't bitch at me if you went ahead and read it and did not like it...
The Northern Watertribe provided Sokka and Katara with ample opportunity. While the South was home, it did not have much to offer after the War was over. It was at the North that Sokka honed his warrior abilities, bringing himself to a level few warriors achieved, while his sister trained to become one of the best Waterbenders that Pakku or anyone else had ever seen. The siblings shared the same fire and determination, and were proud of the other.
It started with a gentle shoulder rub. Katara had looked like she could use it when Sokka entered her space for a visit and saw her slumped near the fire. He guessed that she had another grueling lesson with Pakku, and while he admired his sister's resolve, he wished she would not push herself so hard sometimes. He didn't want to see her strain or hurt herself.
He knelt behind her after giving her a

Its time for Kim Possible's prom. She still doens't have a date, Josh Mankey turned her down and on top of that Drakken has made a new weapon that could potentially put an end to her saving the world days.
"Mom, I am so not going to prom, Josh Mankey turned me down said that he was going to go with Tara instead," Kim said, walking in through the back door.
"Why don't you ask Ron? Dr. Mr. Possible asked. Kim looked at her dad, kinda shocked at the idea.
"Ewww dad, Ron and I are best friends, and I wanted to go out with Josh so that we could actually date afterwards," she said, scoffing.
"Kimmie, I already bought you a dress, and you are going to go to prom, I've got a good feeling that you'll find someone there," Dr. Mrs. Possible said, a coy smile spreading across her face.
"Ok mom, if you say so, so not the drama, i can do this, after

Of course she is. Shes not in prison anymore, there isnt a war anymore, and shes already talked to Sokka.
Sokka is staying with Katara.
Of course he is. Katara is more than a sister to him; Toph, and Toph alone (probably not anymore, she reflects) knows this. Katara is as close to everything to Sokka that a woman will ever get, Toph suspects and Suki sees that, and shes okay with it, so Toph is, too.
She wouldve gone with Suki. But she cant, because its the kind of fancy Aang would follow, and Toph doesnt want to admit that she likes the way Suki upsets the order of things.
Suki told her after dancing (not training, Toph decided to herself). As the other warriors filed away, Suki approached her on the sidelines and crouched in front of her. Her heart was pulsing steady and quick as a haremouse running through a field, but it was not afraid, nor hardened. She never smelled like sweat after tra

Is it a mandatory emotion?
Do you get a choice in the your victim?
Or is more like roulette?
Maybe it's all about looks.
It must be.
How else is there 'love at first sight'?
Or is about potential wealth?
Is it looking at someone and smiling while their back is turned?
Is it pointing out their flaws, internally wishing they'll stay the same?
Is it rolling your eyes at lame jokes,
hoping they'll still be there in the future?
Is it imagining what life would be like if you were to wake up,
on some random morning,
to find them sleeping next to you?
Is it sharing their emotions?
Is it wishing them success, and truly meaning it?
Is it feeling slightly jealous of others they talk to?
Is it being saddened by their absence?
What is it like to love?
I wouldn't know.
Nobody's ever told me how to feel.

Egypt, 1300 B.C.
The blazing afternoon sun beat down on the raccoon’s shoulders, making him uncomfortably hot beneath the rich blue sweater and faux-fur trousers that he wore. Already, his smoke-gray fur was damp with perspiration, and his mouth felt uncomfortably dry. Beneath the wide brim of his cap—tipped low to ward off the glare of midday—eyes the color of rich cocoa blinked a couple of times to ward off a stray droplet of sweat that rolled down his forehead and along the length of his muzzle. His only solace was the stray breeze that whipped along the sandy dunes—though it blew grit past him, it also ruffled his fur with a quiet coolness, making the desert heat somewhat bearable.
Looking up for a moment, the raccoon took in his surroundings. Some might have called it exotic, the sandstone buildings and mighty pyramids that dotted the horizon. The vibrant sun that hung in the sky, its golden-yellow rays staining what few clouds there were a rosy pin
