simple life of a farm boy. After twelve straight years of advancing in rank and skill,
they said I was the best, they said I had the eyes of a vigilant eagle and the
patience of a stalking cougar. I was the heir to the throne of the 'Silent Chaos'.
I thought about what it would be like as I trained; to command the largest,
most skilled and, most of all, secretive army in the world today. As I slashed and stabbed
at the grained and brown training dummy that bled out sand from many different
wounds and gashes. A figure shrouded in black-clad armour tread silently towards me, like
a crafty panther stalking its unsuspecting prey. I realised as the figure approached
who it was, the leader of the 'Silent Chaos', a clolossus among men. I quickly bowed and
said in an obedient tone "My lord".

to find a meal on a table. I was in a cell in the palace gallows. A guard dressed
in full-body steel armour walked by the sturdy iron bars of my cell and stopped
directly infront of me. "Oh good you're finally awake" he said in a sarcastic yet
relieved tone "The king wishes to see you...now" he continued. I didn't bother to

doors to the throne room were scarlet red; riveted with bright steel of the finest

I raised a paw to shield my eyes from the fierce glare, moaning from the piercing pain it sent into my brain. As my pupils adjusted, I found myself staring around with wonder. There were tall brown things with big bushy green tops, and smaller green stuff that was soft and springy under my body. Dotted around were pretty colourful things that gave the air a nice, scented aroma. I shivered as a breeze passed by my body - my blue fur was still wet from my time in the egg, and the wind chilled me. Without warning I was covered in a thick, warm sheet and raised off the ground. I twisted in alarm as a hand came towards me, holding a small red and white ball. There was a flash of red, then nothing.
When I next came to, I could immediately tell I was in a different place. The air smelt completely different, and the overall atmosphere thrummed with energy. I cowered in fear - to go from somewhere so calm to somewhere so full of life was a huge leap my newborn mind co

Chapter One: Settling In, and Revelations
When Blair had awakened the following morning, she had honestly believed that she had somehow lost her hearing, perhaps due to all of the ongoing, boisterous theatrics and loud music, courtesy of Isla, which she had continued to play throughout most of the previous evening.
For when she sleepily cracked one eye open, and consciousness slowly returned to her, she was met with an eerie silence all about the entire do

I was too exhausted to do anything really, and just slumped down on the settee and turned up the volume to drown out the rain rattling against the glass. Tired I lost all track of time and didnt notice at first the strange light that started to shine in through the window after Id been there for a while. The light swiftly grew in intensity, shaking me out of my reverie. I glanced around to see the source, and staring out the window I watched as it grew larger. I seemed like a comet or the like, but it was heading straight for me, and didnt really look like youd expect a comet to be like, instead being silvery white and almost like a crystalline gas. "Oh my Goddesses!" Noel let out a shrieking laugh as soon as she and Sophia were out of earshot of their, er, occupied companions. "I saw it, and I still can't believe it!"
Sophia, walking beside her with matching strides, only sighed in response to her overly-excited lover's overly-loud and overly-shrill exclamation, though the slight quirk of her lips gave her amusement away.
"Seriously? Seriously?! Teresa and Irene of all people? I mean, come on! Who knew she even had a heart? I thought she might have a snowball or something instead," Noel laughed again, "She did come from the North, right? So it's either a snowball or a chunk of ice."
Sophia's amused smile twisted into a frown of displeasure, and she gripped Noel's upper arm tightly, forcing the shorter woman to stop and look at her. "That was uncalled for, Noel."
Noel scowled back and tried to yank her arm away, but Sophia's grip was too firm.

I waved at my mother with my free hand, while my other was holding onto my bag. ''I will, don't worry!'' It wasn't like the first time I took the train to school anyway. My school was a bit too far away for me to walk or cycle to. As soon as I closed the door, I dashed straight to the station. Didn't want to miss my train, even if it was just the beginning of the school year anyway. Today lessons would start again, which gave me a reason to show up on time.
... Not that I normally didn't show up on time.
Ah, before I go any further, my name is Takeuchi Sora. I'm currently a junior high school student. 16 Years old, at that. I can't wait to be 17, though. Oh, and I'm a bit of a tomboy.
Anyway, back to the story.. Where was I again? Oh yeah. I have to travel by train to get to school. It's not that bad, but I have to get up really early. Knowing I'm the type of person who sleeps in easily... Well, you can figure it out on your own.
My eye caught the station already

I'm sitting here
Trying not to cry
I know you're right there
I can see you
You can see me
Why can't I be with you?
My heart is hurting non-stop
As I slowly fall beneath the the pain
And still all I do is wait
Wait for the time where you'll let me
Why can't I deal with the pain?
I can't help but cry
The tears come pouring out when you aren't looking
You tell me you just want me to be happy
But we both know how I'll be happy
And for some reason, you don't explain it all
Why can't i be with the one who as my heart?
You make me laugh
You make me enjoy things I haven't enjoyed in a while
But still I'm all but alone
Just waiting for you to come around
Why can't I breathe?
It hurts to swallow
It hurts to breathe
The pain in my chest wont go away
Every day, every minute
I wait to hear from you
Why can't I have you?
Is this how it's destined for me to be?
Preordained by some greater power?
To not have the one piece of happiness
To have the love that I crave so desperately

I didn't have a clue of where anything was in this area of California... all I knew at that time was my own little town in the bay area.
Through sheer luck, I happened upon a greyhound bus center.
I quickly made my way out of the night and into their waiting room where I looked for the nearest pay phone. Which to my disappointment had been ripped out of the wall from either a vandal, or discontinued service... probably the later... damn cell phones...
I walked over to the main desk for assistance.
"Hello, miss? Can you tell me where the nearest pay phone is?"
This stereotypical 60's woman with horn-rimmed glasses turned around and peered back at me.

Whispers in the WindThe boy shivered. He walked along the path slowly, the crunching of snow the only thing he could hear, aside from the occasional whistling of the winds through the trees. He took off one of his gloves and blew warm breath into the hand, before putting the glove back on with shaking hands. "A Beautiful Truth"
It was Christmas eve, late at night. Snow fell from the sky in tiny, fluffy, white clouds. Through the window, through frosted over glass, it looked even more beautiful. Stars dotted the dark blue sky, and the moon shone through the whiteness, casting a pale glow on the room, which was only lit by a small fireplace. There was a Christmas tree in the corner, decorated in a charming yet simplistic manner, a small silver star atop of it. A girl with long blonde hair, Himeko Kurusugawa, was sitting in front of the fireplace, her head rested on her palms as she watched the flames flicker and dance in a hypnotic fashion, the orange lights reflecting in her violet eyes. She smiled, losing herself in thought. The room was mostly silent, all except for the soft crackling of the fireplace as the wood burned slowly. She felt, at that time, extremely content and at peace. The warmth of the fire spread over her fragile body, and she sighed, in-taking more and more of it's

Three weeks ago, scout ships detected an excessively large drakonian fleet headed straight for Evonn. We intercepted and eventually engaged them, but their numbers seemed endless. Once they broke through the perimeter, they used hundreds of beacons to instantly transport ground troops from ship to surface. They were ruthless in space, but downright cruel up close. Were it not for the efforts of twelve blessed fighters, we would have lost on day one...
They reversed the frequency of most of the beacons, turning the tide and pushing many of those scoundrels back to their ships. What was left of our armada finally arrived to help garuntee more time for us to repel them. Then long-range sensors picked up a space staation the size of a meteor while I was holding council.
