We made a small fire with some wood we found nearby. The dragon heart started to smell, real bad.
"I better hang this from a tree," said Marshall Lee, "so the bears don't get it."
"Sure," I said. Marshall Lee took the dragon heart which lied inside of his shirt, which was now all bloody, and headed deep into the forest. He soon came back, but his hands were all blood.
"Eww, Marshall Lee, that's gross!" I yelled. It was really gross; his hands were covered in it!
"Fine, I'll go wash it off," he said. Where we decided to stay was right next to a little pond. I heard some laughing nearby; I went to go check it out.
It was Jake and Cake. Jake had his legs extended and was poking at the dragon's heart.
"I wonder what it is?" Jake said.
"Come on, Jake," laughed Cake, "it's all bloody, it looks discussing."
