Solace of Northrend, Part 2The death knight rushed head long into the encroaching undead, one hand grabbing any Alliance idiots in front of her while the other cut down anything undead that came near. A volley of arrows came up from behind her as Belen unleashes his fury. Several arrows caught fire in flight, burning the carapaces of the crypt fiends. The moment Milleuda was finally in front of all the other soldiers, volleys of fire and frost shot into the air. They shattered in mid air, raining both down upon the undead and living of the Scourge. A smirk on her face, Milleuda brought her sword into the air, looking at the damned scour slightly. Some tried to go forward to attack, some tried to flee, and it caused a quick clog. An opening between the soldiers and the Scourge opened, although small. It was enough. She turned the blade down, shoving it deep into the earth.Solace of Northrend, Part 26 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
A wall of bone suddenly sprung from the ground, at first in front of her but quickly spread to cover the entire line and beyond. Frost, fire,
The Death Knight, Part 4A fast march would've taken only two days to reach our destination. We ended up taking a week, though. We arrived to a well built outpost, where the Protectorate waited for us. More than enough tents had been set up, though whether this was because of their own kindness or a ploy to trick lookouts into thinking they had many more, I couldn't say.The Death Knight, Part 47 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
As the groups settled in the fight would not be for another few days the leaders of each group, including myself and Swiftforce, all came together to discuss our strategy. I didn't really contribute much, instead choosing to observe. Of them all, Saeed and Hitohira seemed to have the best experience with strategy. Karja knew enough to keep up, while Thalodien seemed a bit confused at their pace; often Karja had to explain things to him. He wasn't much of a "planning" person, I surmised.
Of course, it was Toshley that surprised me. For an engineer, he had a good grasp of things, and on a few points he proved to be more intelligent
The Death Knight, Part 2Akeboshi handed me a parchment, saying it was directions on where to go. I don't know when he managed to write it, perhaps he scrawled it very quickly moments before, but I didn't really care. He also told me the gryphon knew the way to go, but I would have to make stops for it to rest; the first stop would be in Zangarmarsh, a place called Telredor, and the second would be in Blade's Edge at an outpost called Toshley's Station. After that, I would reach Area 52, which is where I needed to make use of the parchment. Of course, I didn't really know the places either, but I was assured the great beast would manage for me. It knew the way quite well. We said our goodbyes as the gryphon took flight and soared northbound. I looked back only for a moment, watching the gnome quickly fade into the distance. The Death Knight, Part 27 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
For a moment, I wondered if I would see him again. Then again, right now I didn't care all of the sudden hopes I had developed in the past day had been washed away; I could care less
The Death Knight, Part 5Two weeks passed by before Furis and I finally set foot back on Shattrath ground. We spent a week at the throne, where I have no recollection of what happened. All I can tell you is that they had me sit at the base of a waterfall, the water cascading just behind me. I went into a trance of sort, and I awoke a week later. The Death Knight, Part 56 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
Not a damn memory had returned; at least not to me.
When I awoke, the shaman did confirm for me who I was before, the night elf known as Ireth, but that was all she would say. After that, she didn't say much at all to me. I could tell that something was bothering, no doubt that had occurred during my week of unconsciousness, but she wouldn't give even the slightest hints. Even the elementalists were giving me a cold shoulder, seeming a bit relieved when we finally left.
The trip was quiet. Unlike before, where we charged with all our speed, we took our time this time. I took the chance to watch the land, to see the lush fields of green while the natural wildlife of the
The Death Knight, FinaleSome time passed before I broke off my trance, bringing an end to my work. The armour upon the stand was glowing a soft yellow, as from the hollows of darkness there was now life. The eyes of the shoulderpads were the source of most of the glow. Funny, I had expected it to be a bit more blue. Oh well. The Death Knight, Finale6 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
When I looked around, the dwarf, Molraw, had his jaw dropped open, his eyes fixed upon the armour. If not for the fact that he said he'd not seen an enchantment of this kind done upon armour, I would say his look was that of shock and possibly horror; the magics of a death knight are never pleasing to watch, you see. However, instead he watched with awe. I guess his mind got past that point of horror. I knew he could feel the new power that oozed from the armour.
"Lass... I mus' say... that was one of the best things I've seen in me life," Molraw raised a hand, taking the hat he wore on his head, "I figured it would be a fright to see, given what ye are, but... it wasn't as orrible
The Death Knight, Part 3Returning to Area 52 felt like it took longer than it did. Maybe because when leaving, I had prepared myself for the fight and it kept me from noticing. Now, though, I had nothing but random thoughts to entertain me. They didn't help. The Death Knight, Part 37 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
When I first began to approach the town, I saw the two groups standing at its edge. They weren't looking at me, though. Instead, they looked behind me, towards the manaforge. I hadn't looked back once since I left. Doing so now, I noticed it had exploded and was now burning to the ground. As I came up to the draenei and blood elves, I gave them a bit of a smirk.
"Job's done," was my only sentence. They didn't really even look at me, let alone reply; they were too focused on the billowing smoke. Finally, Karja turned to me, seeking some form of an answer.
A shrug of my shoulders was what I gave, "I don't know. I didn't tell the ghouls to make it explode, just to render it unusable then kill themselves. Seems they did both at once."
"Besides, I figured that

"We're losing her!"
"Where's the dreaming potion?"
"Somebody restrain her, quickly!"
The night elf closed her eyes under her hood, listening to the orders shouted out by the healers. They were struggling to keep their charge alive and the savage shrieks of a being in pain made it very difficult to hear anything else. Their helpers strapped the patient's wrists to the bed, and the poor soul became deathly silent as the drugs kicked in.
She was standing right beside the doorway that led outside of the infirmary, where she was out of the way but could still get a good look of what was happening. Her normally brown armor was coated in black soot and grey ashes, as well as her pink face and putrid-looking green hair under the hood. Her grimy, plate-clad arms were crossed over her chest, and nobody paid her any mind even with her importance. Yet, that was fine with her. There were more serious matters at hand.

The Death Knight, Part 1It had always saddened me that I never remembered what my life once was. Day after day, traveling the world and fighting against the true threats of it with nothing more than a horse and a pet zombie fighting alongside me, I pondered my past life. In rare times I would get minor flashes of my home, some sign of who I was, but they made no sense. It was only worse knowing that the only connection remaining to that life, the last person who knew who I was, I had personally killed months before. Back when I obeyed his command. Back before I was freed from that damned Arthas. The Death Knight, Part 17 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
Even now those days feel like a blur. The first memory I have was of those times; when I awoke in the necropolis known as Acherus, when I first became a death knight. It was there that I was prepared for a task; the destruction of the Scarlet Crusade.
In a few short days, I had laid waste to all of their armies in and around New Avalon, a feat that surprised even the Lich King. With this utter destruction of the Scarl
Solace of Northrend, Part 1As the boat slowed to a stop at the newly-founded pier at Valiance Keep, the crew was quick to tie the boat down. An anchor fell into the water on the other side with a massive splash, causing Milleuda to jump a bit in shock and look. She could hear the chains clanking as the anchor dropped down into the water, eventually hitting some surface with a thud that no one above the surface could hear. The chains came to a stop. With a sigh, the death knight moved to board off the boat, nearly ran over by a young man as he came rushing up the plank boards. He was a helper in the stables, so it was his job to help bring the animals there. I pouted softly. "You shouldn't have heard "
"But I did hear. So. Do you like me?"
I looked away. "What if I do?"
"If you do, then I'm really happy because I love you."
"Why do you love me?"
"Because you're cute, and nice, and innocent, oh and did I say cute?"
"Yes you did," I said, very seriously.
He laughed. "That wasn't really a question, Wookie-ah. But it's okay."
"Huh? Then why did you "
I blushed. "How can you say it so easily "
"Because I love you for real, of course, so it's easy to say it."

Girls are stupid, noisy and annoying. Plus, they keep following me everywhere I go because of my looks. I KNOW I'm handsome, now just leave me alone!
I definitely hate girls, and this is the reason why I raped that stupid thing that dared following me home. I raped her before kicking her out, naked and crying. And then, I went to take a shower, disgusted to remember that I had been inside one of these creatures' body. I don't care about the law. I'm rich. VERY rich. And I can corrupt anyone I need to corrupt. Judge, jury, police anyone.
My name? I am Cho Kyuhyun. I am a 24 years old guy, with a beautiful, deep voice, I have dark brown hair and dark eyes, and I'm handsome. I live in Montreal because my parents moved here before I was born. I am the president of a technology company, and I sing under an artist name when I have free time without displaying my picture of course. I definitely hate girls.
And this is the reason why that witch cursed me.

"Ryeowook! Yeah, but it's okay, I don't mind."
"Oh, sorry anyways. Sorry that I'm calling so early, I forgot to call you yesterday when I came back from work. I'm not working today, do you want to go somewhere?"
I smiled more.
"I'd love to."
We met two hours later in front of the building. I took a quick look at myself and nodded, satisfied. I was wearing a light skirt with a white, neat top. My hair was untied but I had put white roses in it. I raised a brow when I noticed he was planning to drive me again.
"What a gentleman."
"Anything for the Lady."
This time, we just went to walk around in Old Montreal, doing nothing much but talking and learning to know more about each other. We walked and talked for a while, laughing together, smiling together, being happy together, until we took a break and stopped near the water. I leaned ag

He laughed gently. "Of course I'm not mad. At least, not at you."
"Please don't hurt Kyuhyun?"
He stayed silent for a minute before pouting. "Okay, okay."
I hugged him. "Min, I'm sorry. I that letter I don't feel the same for you "
He smiled sadly, hugging me back. "It's okay I knew it I just wanted you to know you like that idiot, right?"
I blushed, remembering the kiss. "How did you know?"
"You're so cute, Wookie. Oh well, I shall tell Jongwoon about that then."

I mentally sighed in relief. My program was still working. I was happy I had made this to talk to Siwon via the computer.
"Yes, it's me. Listen, I I think I need some vacation. I'll do my work before leaving, but I'll leave for two years. I need you to help me choose the employee who'll take my place - at least, my work, I'm still the boss here - for these two years."
"Huh? You're leaving?"
"I am. So, any suggestion?"
"Well, why not me?"
"I knew you'd say that. I can give you my job for these two years, but you'll have twice the work you have right now because there is no way I'll let you choose a new vice-president."
"Oh. Forget it, then. What kind of person do you want?"
"Someone who'll care about the employees. Someone you can trust with anything. You got someone like this?"

He had been repeating this for a week now. Just saying my name as before, and then adding a soft “saranghae” after that. It would always make me smile, even when I was very tired after complete days of research – I was still trying to understand why he had started living once again though I hadn’t done anything.
Up to now, I couldn’t find anything.
I couldn’t find anything I had done that could’ve triggered his reanimation. And I couldn’t find anything that could make him talk more. “Hungry”, “I am hungry”, “Kyuhyun” and “Saranghae” had been the only words he had spoken up to now and he was stubborn about not saying anything else. I woke up gasping for air, panicking a bit, looking all around me in fear. What. In. Hell. Was I dreaming about?! I sighed and looked at Kyuhyun who was peacefully, deeply sleeping by my side. How had that happened again?
I closed my eyes, rolling in a ball on my side of the bed. I remembered how Kyu had hugged me tight before kissing me softly. 'I'll go take a shower,' he had said. I had started freaking out a bit, because anything could've happened after that but, in the end, when he had come back, he had kissed me goodnight before falling asleep on his side of the bed, not even two seconds after he had closed his eyes. I put down my tools and went to the freezer. Just to make sure the corpse was still okay. And it was. I spent a moment just looking at it, analyzing it with the brain of someone normal for once. I usually would look at corpses as test subjects, especially when nobody would know the dead person. And that poor boy here had no name, no age, no nothing. He had found Hyukjae in a small deserted street in the middle of the night. Teen of the streets, not much younger than himself, and looking like a wild cat, with cold eyes, waiting for the right opportunity to strike. His body, barely clothed with a torn apart tee shirt and half-destroyed jeans, was covered in wounds. A few of them had become scars, but a lot of the other ones were still bleeding, wide open. A few of those ones were starting to get infected.
“Hey. What's your name?”
A growl had escaped the younger one. “Why do you want to know that?”
“I'm Lee Donghae. I was a kid of the streets too, not long ago. I had to be a dangerous person to survive. But I’m not like this anymore. I want to help you. Will you let me do so?”

After getting ice cream, we sat to eat, talk and rest a little. I had caramel ice cream while Kyu had chocolate one. He finished his ice cream in no time and kept looking at mine for a while before I laughed softly. "Want to taste?"
