I realized a few weeks ago that I've never really done many urban scenes. I'm working on trying to change that. xDD

Additionally, I wanted to try a different sort of color scheme. Usually I use really happy, saturated colors, so it was fun to try a grungier scheme. c:

I've also always really liked those tilted horizon pictures. I kind of did it with this: [link] But I wanted to do something a bit more extreme.

I've been so busy and stressed the last two weeks.. I just really needed to draw. D: I had a totally different concept for this, but then I painted the sky and I really liked it, and the original concept would have had most of the sky covered up. So it kind of turned into a color experiment. xDD I love orange and blue. c:

It only took me... One year to finish my half.

I went through like 5 sketches in the past year trying to figure out what I wanted to draw for her. xDD Finally settled on this one last week. I would have a had it done on saturday but the holidays kept me busy.

But ugh I'm so sick of working on this. xD I realized that I usually choose easy, straight-on perspectives when drawing urban settings, so I decided to make it hard on myself. Hnggg. xD

Anyways, hope you like it Canis!! <33 Spoon is such an awesome character. 8D And sorry I flopped his wrong ear. Dx I tried to switch it but it was too late.

This was so fun and relaxing to draw. I've been so stressed and have had no time to draw anything good lately. I don't think I've submitted anything in like 2 weeks. DD: I finally got to let loose on this one.
