I'm against pink being the only color for breast cancer because it doesn't represent the men that go through it too. Color shouldn't be gender specific, but a lot of people feel that it is. I feel with the breast cancer ribbon being strictly pink people think that men don't get breast cancer, or are quick to dismiss it. I told a person the other day that I don't think the breast cancer ribbon should be pink, because men go through it too. The person instantly replied, ''There more women that go through it than men.'' I may misinterpret what the person said, but I felt like the person was just dismissing that men go through it too.
So here is my retaliation to the ribbon being fully pink, and the campaign I love boobies. It should be I love chests. I know not everyone will feel the way I do, but this is my opinion. Are you with me?
