“Nonono! How many times must I tell you! Don’t throw my laptop like that! You’ll spoil it!” I hollered, as I watched my bag sail off Aurak’s back, as he tossed it callously off, and it landed with a thud, making me wince.
The dragon snorted disdainfully. “You care so much about that chunk of metal and plastic. What about me, your bonded?”
I went over to the bag and opened it, pulled out the laptop and opened that too, relieved to see the screen come to life unscathed. “What?! You’re comparing yourself to a computer now?! There’s not even any basis- How the hell did that get into that head of yours?!” I spluttered, putting the laptop away.
“When it so much as drops, you come running, but when I ask you to come, you always insist that I wait, no matter how urgent the matter is!” He snarled, glaring. “You’d might as well be bonded to that stupid hunk of metal!”

I've got to run faster.
I’ll never make it if I don’t run any faster.
It is times like these that I wish I was blessed with the speed of Hermes. But I am duly reminded every time my feet pound against the pavement that I am not. It was just a few minutes ago that I was at the park laughing and talking with my friends. Then a thought suddenly stuck me, and I asked my friend what day it was. She said that it was Friday. I felt a deep pain in the bottom of my gut.
Isobel was at home. She was alone.
I told my friend this. Her eyes became cloudy with despair, and she whispered the word I was already telling myself.
My breath is slowly becoming labored, and my legs are aching, screaming for me to stop, but I push myself to keep going, to keep running.
It’s Friday and Isobel is at home alone.
The thought keeps bouncing in mind, bonking the barrie

And those long years had left their mark on the fox, turning his fur black with bitterness and regret for the time he had spent and lost. We shall thus call him Black and the myobu White.
Now, White knew she loved Black from the moment they first met, but what is more she knew of the pain and hardship he had faced. She had many close friends which had turned her once-black fur white again, and now she wanted to help Black regain his faith in the world.
After all, White thought Black looked absolutely marvelous even with black fur; as his dirty body shone with beautiful potential in her eyes. She wanted to know what he had looked like as a white fox... surely he could only become more stunning?
White knew it would not be an easy undertaking; she asked Black to go against ev
Camp Kitsune - A TF StoryI always go to church camp each summer, no matter what, even though Im not overly religious. So every spring, when the camp brochures came out with all the different camps listed, I chose a new camp. This time, in succession to last years Beginner Kayaking, I chose Advanced Kayaking. The day before my leaving, I quickly packed everything I could fit, from the essential sleeping bag and clothing to my sketchbook of cats and kitsunes. (For those of you who dont know, kitsune is the word for fox in Japanese, but in this case Im referring to nine tailed foxes.) When I was little I made a promise to myself that my favorite animals would always be kitsunes and cats. Its been that way ever since.Camp Kitsune - A TF Story8 years ago in Fantasy More Like This
After two days of kayaking, we head to the craft cabin to do a few crafts. Trenton, our one counselor for the week, tells us that we have to include something from nature in our crafts, and all of us nod our heads, not really caring. I see the craft that I wanted to do,
