Also things might slow down soon, since College is about to start up again in about a week or two... BUT, I will attempt to get as much done as I can!

Does anyone here know Minetest?Ok, so many of you know Minecraft, the block-surviving game of the decade. Sure you have it on your computer but how about the less fortunate PC's that can't handle the requirements of the game. Now this is where we head on to Minetest. Minetest is a clone replica of Minecraft. With same objectives of the game (no mobs) this can also be downloaded for free and since it runs on C++ programming (and it requires no Java.) It can run on any old hardware. So if you like Minecraft but can't get the game. Get Minetest! http://minetest.net/Does anyone here know Minetest?2 years ago in Personal More Like This

Budget Art Tablet ReviewsThis is review is of older model alt tablets - but still search engines. I am leaving it because Huion P608n models are still floating around and are a good deal - also added some linux info - why? Many reasons. I am a Linux enthusiast. Linux is the Un-cola (for those who have seen retro advertisements - 7up used to advertise itself as the Un-cola) of the soda pop world of Operating systems. Windows being Coke, and Apple being Pepsi. The P608n has been replaced by the 680s. The 680s has the same specs but I read at another source stating they have improved certain aspects. The HA60 sold by Monoprice and other resellers was extremely successful. A competitor of Huion - Ugee has decided to keep selling this model but with a full 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity. Other reviewers have been busy testing newer higher end models. Ray Frenden is one such person (google). The flood gate has opened since I first posted this. The makers of these alt tablets have realized there is a decent markBudget Art Tablet Reviews2 years ago in Personal More Like This
A Valentine's Rant~No, I'm not feeling rejected or anything, but this is kind of something that bugs me. Valentines day, I have nothing against it. It's original purpose was to celebrate love amongst others, then we sort of morphed it into a couples day, which is okay, but then we morphed it again into a bunch of materialistic idealism that just seems a lot less fun :I But that's not really my rant.A Valentine's Rant~2 years ago in Personal More Like This
See, nobody has ever asked me to be their Valentine, and I'm sure I'm not alone...well not alone as in there are others like me, I've been along every Valentine's day for the last 19 years. Not even so much as a hug on Valentine's day (except from people who hug me all the time anyway). I choose to celebrate Singles' Awareness day, both not quite seriously and seriously, as in I want others to be aware that I am single XD and that I all of this couples crap just makes me feel lonely. However, for some reason, just mentioning this gets my friends mad at me, calling Singles' Awareness day a "cop out", and yes,

GPL Palettes 24/5/12 - UpdatedUpdate 24/5/12: Applebloom, Sweetiebelle and Silver Spoon palettes added.GPL Palettes 24/5/12 - Updated3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Very few people seem to share their colour palette files, I've seen lots of (pretty and exciting looking) colour guides but a palette file is much quicker and easier to use...
So, here are mine as mined from this very comprehensive colour chart.
:iconmandydax: has some in her journal (not sourced from the same place) and a video tutorial on how to create your own.
To install the palette files you'll need to copy them into the palette directory for the relevant program. In Inkscape (on Mac OSX 10.7) you need to right/ctrl click on the Inkscape icon and select 'show package contents' then select Contents > Resources > palettes and copy the .GPL file to this folder. Restart Inkscape and your new palette should be visible!
