Mainly I drew this because she's (in the eyes of the characters I have, anyway) considered to be a great beauty.
Just going to show that how lovely one is considered isn't always measured by how big their boobs are.
It was an old drawing, gathering dust amongst a pile of so many other old drawings that remained simple lines.. Yet, it was one of the fortunate ones that received the blessing of a scan and a color job.. though a quickie color work, it is colored nevertheless.
It was a subject of color experimentation. My feelings are mixed; I like how Isabelle (gal in the suit) turned out color-wise, yet I feel as though I didn't fare so well with Aro (gal in the cheap looking dress).
Background is simple, and I prefer it that way.
For some other information, Aro and Isabelle are somewhat involved romantically. Isabelle prefers boyish things, such as pants and so on, while Aro is considerably the more girlish of the two.. a conundrum, because Aro is definitely, um, "butch" I guess you could say, but that's just for her profession. She enjoys flowers, dressing pretty, and perfume. Isabelle is more dainty and petite, but prefers.. trucks and dogs and what-not.
Finally, something I finished just the other day... It's been sitting, unfinished and collecting digital dust for a loooonnng time now, because I was unsure how I wanted to go about coloring it. I was afraid I'd do something to severely mess it up. But finally I mustered up the courage to get it done, and I feel it's coloring is greater than I could have imagined. I like how it looks.
I've been proud of a lot of things that I've done lately.
Anyway, Skeet and Amanda in the abandoned house that they only know of, doing what they do together best: Resisting each other.
Ohhh, it's a long story. Don't worry about it.
Portrait commission for , of his character.
The background, this time, was more symbollic than anything else.
Not rated mature because boobs are only mature if they have nipples, or so I've come to believe. Hurhrurhuh.
An OpenCanvas sketch of a secondary character that might eventually make main character status.. Canden Lowski.
Actually, sketch is what it was. Now it's inked in OC and then colored in Painter 7. I played with the colors and lights a little bit to try and make it less dull and more interesting. I feel as though I have a habit of making color dull and gritty.
Tried to be vibrant with this'un, in spite of the fact it doesn't exactly suit the character. Canden is witty yet cynical, helpful yet spiteful, a romantic yet uncaring of what he does emotionally to the people he's tried to romance. I know it doesn't make sense, but generally he has good intentions when it comes to being a doctor (which he is a brilliant one), yet when it comes to matters of the heart, he could care less about the girl and cares only for making himself feel good.
I'd write out examples, but that'd take a while.
