6. THE POWER OF LIFE
She heard a loud buzzing, an insupportable shrill whistle. Opening her eyes, she saw only a large, white, blurred spot. She realized that she was lying down, but it was not her bed she touched with her hands. Then, into the buzz, she started to distinguish words, and in the middle of the white patch she saw what could be a face.
"Oh, hello Shepard, back with us?" she heard a familiar voice asking.
"Mordin. Who...What...happened? Where am I?"
"Infirmary. Found lying in third floor corridor, brought here. Indeed, first to my lab, now here."
Robin tried to focus on him, but kept seeing a light brown blur instead. "In your lab? Why?"
Mordin was more frenzied than usual, talking faster than his usual machine-gun bursts.
"Why? Had to take advantage of this opportunity for medical c

Mass Effect 3 - how I would have ended itMass Effect 3 - how I would have ended it2 years ago in Drama More Like This
I figured I'd set a few hours aside to throw something together that I would have been content to accept as the series finale.
It's pretty skeletal at times and I'm sure someone more knowledgeable with Mass Effect lore could do better but w/e
I didn't want to go super overboard with details-if you're a Mass Effect fan you'll be able to imagine the extras and fill in the blanks.
EDIT: So, after getting back into Mass Effect 3, I realized that I'd made a little mistake with my ending here.
That is that 'war assets' are more important then 'galactic readiness' so, consider that as a part of what get's you a respective ending too.
After defeating the Phantoms on the Illusive Man's base:
Shepard learns, from the Illusive Man's personal logs that he has constructed a device that can access a Reaper's brain. His goal with said device is to tamper with "the code" within a Harbinger so that he may attempt to control the Reapers

"Tali Are you awake?"
"Go away glowworm!" *cough* The quarian engineer sniffed and turned around, wrapping herself tighter into the thick wool blanket, her entire body was shaking from the fever, her head felt like a humming bee-hive, her throat was ticking like she swallowed a fiberglass.
Tag smiled warmly, shaking his head he knew Tali did not mean it, she simply was sick, and her irritation was normal. He came closer to the double bed she was lying in and took a seat on the edge, gently caressing his lover`s side through the thick blankets. Quarian smiled under the helm, it was nice to feel care of a loved and loving man! Shepard only left when she was sleeping and to speak with Mordin, except that he was always near Tali when she was not feeling well.

"I. DON`T. CARE. if 'The patient is resting' LET ME IN, GODDESS-DAMN-IT!" That ice cold tone would make even Grunt cry for his glass mother, no wonder the receptionist in the Hospital suddenly got some more white strands in her short red hair.

Kaidan rubbed his temples, sighing.
But it wasn't just the loud noises that were causing his migraine. It was his conscience eating at him.
He shouldn't have said what he said to Shepard back on Horizon. He reacted too strongly. He still didn't trust Cerberus, and he never would, but he should've trusted Markus. He of all people knew what Cerberus was like, what they were capable of. They'd seen the experiments Cerberus did, Markus had been the sole survivor of Akuze, and he still worked with them Shepard always had a good reason for everything he did. "Hey!" Tali yelled like alarm when the wrench simply flew off from her hand and with hollow clank fell on the cold slatted floor of the Engineering deck. The Quarian tech sighed irritated, looking at the chuckling person in the corner and venting air off her suit angrily.
"Tag, stop that! That`s not funny! I need to work!" She tried to collect the instrument from the floor but it slipped her hand again flying into Shepard`s opened palm.
Tali narrowed her shining eyes and threw the massive nut that she was just going to screw on at him. Shepard easily foresaw that, the air around him shined blue and he immediately teleported to the neighboring corner of the room, the "missile" missed him and hit the wall, making unpleasant echo.

The sun cast a beautiful warm glow over the Pride Land, the sky mixed with ginger, scarlet and gold turning everything in its path to a paler color. Over the miles of swaying grass and few trees stood a pillar of rocks jutting from the earth in the middle of all life around it called Pride Rock, a dominated lion territory. Perched on a pillar that seemed to jut out from the enormous cave sat a muscular male lion gazing off into the mass of land around him. The breeze tussled his chocolate main forward and back beating on his caramel pelt at the same time, a warm dry wind. His red irises, the same unique color as Uru's, seemed bold with defense and hunger against his deep golden set eyes. A low growl emitted from his throat, his whiskers twitching uncontrollably, russet nose wrinkled.
"Mohatu, please don't sit here any longer. Kalsifur is probably long gone." Aruba whispered approaching the male lion perched on the rock ledge.

It must have been the most joyous day in my life, I mean seriously! Who knew getting older was actually a good? Resting in my arms was my first pokemon, a present from my mother and father after they finally decided that I was strong enough to take on the challenge of raising pokemon to become a trainer. Tekapo is a small island region just off the Johto mainland, it's border is just 50 km (30 miles) southwest of Cianwood. The island is roughly 80 km (50 miles) long, and 43 km (27 miles) wide. It's major features are Dawnfrost Mountain which rises 4432 feet (1386m), and Catfish Lake, which is known for its deep clear water and abundant fish, including magikarp.
The island's natural grasslands have been converted into farmland which provides the region's entire food supply. it's forests surround Dawnfrost Mountain, Catfish Lake, the Tekapo River, and the island's north-west and south-east coasts. Tekapo's southern beachfront and northern coast are good areas for ocean fishing, as well as the four smaller outlying islands: Hibou (Owl City), Kinkan, Tsuki, and Windberry Island.
Because Tekapo is exposed to the ocean, it's coastlines (facing Johto) often experience rainstorms. In the summer, temperatures are mild with occasional thunderstorms, in the winter, the island experienc

A wild DEERLING has appeared!
I looked at it. "What could this be?" I said out loud. I didn't look up all of the new Pokemon like I did for any other games, probably because I was lazy, either that or I wanted a surprise. The Pokemon looked similar to a young deer. It had a yellow dappled coat on the upper part of the body, like the spots on a white-tailed deer. The insides of its ears were yellow instead of fleshy pink, and it had a flower in between his ears, normally where a girl would put a flower in her head.
"So.... cool!" I said to the screen. I sent out my Pokemon, a Tepig named Circe. I lowered it's hp down to almost nothing. The moves it uses told me that it was grass type, so I needed it so I would have a back-up if Circe was knocked out. It was hard lowering its hp without making it faint because of the only fire moves that I could use.

I have always been a fan of the Pokémon series ever since I was 2 in 1998 when it came out. I didn't really know that it was a game at first so I just watched the TV. show. Then I played my first Pokémon licensed game: Pokémon Pinball at my doctor's office on his Gameboy colors in the waiting room but finally when I was 5 I would Finally get my own Pokémon game for my own Purple see-through Gameboy color that I had gotten for my 5th birthday along with Pokémon Crystal Version. I loved that thing to death I played it all the time even though I couldn't read some of it but I still loved it all the same.
I popped in the cartridge and watched as the Gameboy screen flickered on with a "Ding!" and watched my first Pokémon journey unfold as something rushed past in the grass and a Pichu and Wooper came up to see what it was. There it was: Suicune running through the fields.

Uru paced back and forth by an incline that revealed a dark land below with brittle vegetation and cracks in the soil. It was almost a lifeless pit surrounded by an evil presence. She backed up slowly listening to the crackle of dry bushes rubbing together.
"It's just the wind Uru," she persuaded herself.
Looking back Uru spotted pride rock on the horizon and the lush vegetation and sun behind her.
"The outlands are so... Evil feeling. But I can't give up, father expects me to do this and I shall with a little determination."
With that said Uru walked gracefully forward along the edge of the cliff that separated the two lands. She knew she could do a great job at patrolling as long as she believed in herself.
Dusk had fallen over the Pride Lands, the sky mashing navy, lavender and rose together to create a soft atmosphere.

Daniel, like a lot of kids in his class, fell in love with pokemon when it first came out. The very first game he owned was Pokemon Red since his favorite color was red. Daniel found the game to be slightly addicting and he always had a hard time putting it down. He always carried around his Gameboy color with him along with Pokemon Red game, even to school. Daniel was a good boy though so he would only play his game when it was recess, then he wouldn't get his precious game taken away. When he got home Daniel continued to play the game, his best friend Michael

Creepypasta: Assassin PokemonMost people have heard or at least played the game called Pocket Monster, or as everyone calls it for short, Pokemon. The game is where you're a trainer, boy or girl (however, in the older games you had no choose and had to pick the boy) then you catch and train 'cute' or perhaps 'cool' looking pokemon then defeat the bad guys in it then catch some legendary bla bla. It was boring, in every main game it seemed like it always followed that same old plot day in and day out. Honestly, what was so wonderful about it? At least thats the opinion of a young man, no wait, TEENager. He was about 14, going into it 15 soon enough. His name was Rick, his tan young face had no zits to be popped or freckles sprayed across his face, no, his was pretty much perfect, with his short hair that never got into his deep blue eyes and his clothes were always kept in check. I discovered this trick on Pokemon Gold and have since tried it on every Pokemon game I own. It works on them all, even Gen 1 games.
You must be in a dark cave or anywhere you should use Flash. Walk around, fight Pokemon in the dark, bump into trainers, and keep wandering in the dark. Eventually, you will find a ladder that isn't on the map. Go down it.
The screen will go black as you hear the 'going down stairs' nnoise, but it will play four times, as if you've just gone down four floors.
A text box will appear on the black screen, simply saying "Where do you think you are?" The music will be distorted for a few seconds as the screen glitches up. Sometimes you might hear a 'thud' noise as if you walked into a wall or a distorted Pokemon cry that sounds like a scream.
After that, you'll be able to see. In the olde
