We are not comfortable in our own skin
We hide what we really feel within
We know not the difference between right and wrong
We wish we could smile, and our troubles would be gone
We hope we can keep our chins up
We write how we feel like giving up
We love to know that there's another day coming

Every day I see them. I watch as others laugh. Their hollow laughter echo throughout the day,it reminds me of the pain.
Your words that seem to mean so little for you hurts like daggers, but I do not let you see. I do not let you see the hurt you're causing within me. I'm not going to give you that pleasure, I won't show any weakness.
You don't see what happens behind closed doors. You don't see the tears that run down cheeks of the ones you hurt. Do you even care?
Then your laughters won't ring, echo, echo. Your words will no longer tear within, bite and scratch. The door will no longer be closed. If there is something after he pain... After the pain have gone away I... I think it will be better than this. I hope.
But then another voice. It's not the vicious laughter or the hurtful words. It's kind, loving tone, not like yours. It reaches out to me and comforts me. It makes me feel like I'm not alone. Maybe I am not alone after all?
