Dragon Claws"They can't get me!" Said Johnson, rushing through the forest, his gun bouncing against he back.
"If I die this will be for nothing!" He told himself, looking back to see if they were still trailing him.
"Oh Go-" He started, but never finished because he had failed to notice a knotted root, tripping over it.
"My gun!" He shouted, it had came undone from its straps and slid onto the ground in front of him.
As he reached for it, there was an explosion. He had been blinded and he couldn't see his hands or his gun. As he lost consince, he notice that the reason he couldn't see his hands or his gun was simple: They hand been blown off in the explosion. With this last thought, he blacked out....
He was awakened by a small nudge on his shoulder. As he moved his arm to feel it, he remembered he didn't have hands anymore. He then retracted his arms and moved them infront of his face. Instead of hands, there was stubs were they used to be.
"Who did this?" He mumbled, still shocked that he had no

Those were his last words to her.
As soon as her last sign of life faded, he fell on his hands in a pool of her tealish blood.
He recalled the gory scene when the blade impaled her chest not once, but three times. The paralyzing shriek that immediately followed. He gasped and turned around.
She gasped for breath, chest heaving as she slowly drew out the knife. She turned toward him, a look of despair on her face.
"I want to smell your blood...just one more time," she choked out, and finally collapsed on the floor.
He nodded. He knelt down, took the knife covered in her blood, and slowly traced a line down his wristnot deep, but enough to get a large drop of bright red blood.
"Cherry..." she mumbled as soon as she caught a whiff of the scent of his blood. She used some of the last bit of her strength to take his wrist and lick the stream of blood.
"Terezi..." He wiped away the tears that were forming in his eyes.

Factory DefectsAfter a year of delays and red tape, my air rifle had finally arrived. I had received a phone call in the morning from the staff at the range informing me that it had arrived. All I had to do was to clear some paperwork, and it would be mine. Of course, the rifle would have to stay in the range or armoury. Upon receiving the news, I had hopped onto the bus, and made my way to the range. I had waited a year for the rifle, and was eager to try the gun out.
When I reached the range, I was greeted by a stern-faced policeman.
"Sir, are you the owner of this gun?" He asked, as he took out a clipboard.
"What's the serial number?" I asked, not wanting to lay claim to someone else's weapon. I had been given the serial number beforehand by my coach.
He then rattled off the serial number, confirming that the gun was indeed mine. I signed on the form, and he stepped aside, handing me the weapon that was in its case. I then proceeded to clear the rest o

Alex sighed as he looked out the clear glass window into the outside world beyond his own home. A few clouds floated high in the sky and slowly moved about. A few birds flew from the trees and soared around in the air; chirping happily as they did so. Alex observed the birds as they flew about.
"I wish I could fly like that. He said to himself, continuing to stare out the window of his home.
It had been a while since Alex was able to do anything exciting. His parents were normally always busy with work, and he was an only child, so he had no younger or older siblings to play with. He had already played all of his video games various times, so that was out of the equation. There was virtually nothing to do.
Alex began to hear a quiet rumbling sound suddenly emit from somewhere. Alex stood up and went completely silent to see if he could hear the direct source of the noise. However, it couldn't be traced. He noticed that it began to slowly get louder. By now, Al

She quickly turned the corner to see the source, and there they were. Sitting in a nest made of rocks, were four green dragon eggs, illuminated by a small dragon glow spell, like someone wanted them to be found. Alestra slowly approaches the nest and climbed inside.
Random dragon TFOur story begins with an average Joe who, incidentally, was named Joe. Joe did justice to the stereotype of your everyday nonchalant guy. He was 6,4 foot high, had brown tinted black hair ( which was combed back ), a fit but not extravagant build and dully iridescent grey eyes. He preferred comfort over fashion when clothes were concerned and thus his friends and family would consider his apparel blunt, efficient and crisp ( ties and sleeveless jerseys among his favourites ).Random dragon TF6 years ago in Fantasy More Like This
Joe also had a casual job working as a bartender in one of the many joints of Los Angeles. Everyone knew that Joe was a good and hard working bartender and also one of the most gracious among his rugged associates; so he was usually the busiest of the three.
Joe divulged in his more-than-normal and plain life, living it out as if it were a secure schedule. He would get up at 9AM, eat his breakfast and do what house chores needed to be done. At 12PM he would take a quick shower. 3PM was when he fixed lunch and usua

The cave tunnel he was traveling in now seemed darker than before, with every crevice and wedge of stone casting shadows everywhere. Cool water dripped from the hanging stalagmites on the rounded ceiling, and the thick scent of mildew was strong in the air. Drake squinted at the yellowed paper map that was supposedly written with directions to a special treasure hidden within the cave. As he was about to start rereading it, a crashing sound was heard, along with the noise of nails clicking on the smooth stone ground. Drake panicked, and stuffed the extra batteries into the flashlight. He clicked it back on and shone the path in front of him.
There, peering from a corner, was a small, reptile-like, moss-covered creature with reptilian green and blue scales peeking from the scum it was coated in. It was quadruped, with giant curved claws on each toe on its four feet. A long

While I'm honoured that you'd like to read my works, I regrettably have to inform you that this story has been discontinued after eight chapters and a sidestory merge. There won't be any more chapters in this story, sadly.
I am however working on a new project that will hopefully outshine this old gal - it's going to be released some time in the future, and I hope you'll be there to read that was well.
If you can deal with this story ending abruptly with no end in sight, then by all means read on, and dream.
People dream. It's natural. Daydreams you usually control and you can make them whatever you want. Sometimes they get forgotten, sometimes they spring back to life after a long time, or just a heartbeat. Sometimes, they come true.
Last year, I stayed home from school two days because of stomach pains. My mother thought it was some kind of odd flu, mainly because she had it t

Well, this was just dandy.
Dad had to go to China to help a client, and the whole family was able to come along. Mom thought it would be a nice vacation, so here we are in Beijing, looking for our hotel. It just so happened that we arrived just before the Chinese New Year started off, and businesses would be closed for at least half of the celebrations. This meant we had to stay longer than planned, as Dad wouldn't be able to get finished before the festivities began. And since China is a Communist country well, a longer stay just makes me that much more nervous. I'm just darn lucky that my friend-who-is-a-girl Kim happens to be in Beijing as well to visit her family.
Well, there happened to be one other thing that kept my nerves in check. There was a TON of Chinese dragon memorabilia available, as it was going to be the Year of the Dragon. And, well, I happen to be a big fan of Chinese dragons. I'm not sure why they appeal to me so much, but it's an inte
