You know I'm fond of Hayao Miyazaki, I made a total of 10 amazing films from 1979 (The Castle of Cagliostro) to 2008 (Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea)
He said during a conference this summer that he'll make another film for 2013.

Original size : 5cm x 18cm (recto on the left and verso on the right)

OH what a movie, it totally amazed me, that´s what this movie is... AMAZING!

I love the part in which chihiro is flying, so I tried to reconstruct the atmosphere of this scene...somehow, and well I´m not the expert drawing dragons, but I like the way it came out ^^

*edit* please full view =)

FINAAAAALLY BACK TO DRAWING! :hooray:
This is, of course, fan art from my favorite movie of all time <3

I have been trying to do something Miyazaki for a while, but haven't had any good ideas - this is the only one that made it to paper.

But I really love Miyazaki, he's a true master.

Hope you enjoy this :)

A tribute to my favorite Studio Ghilbi Film. Howl's Moving Castle. Not far behind that is Princess Mononoke and Spirited Away. All fabulous films. Disney is good for the soul especially if your suffering from an art slump like me.

Howl

This is another fast one for you all, but I'm quite pleased with this one. I should start drawing backgrounds instead of cheating but once I finish one I just want to get onto the next :)

Gonna keep practicing before I try for my Favorite film Mononoke Hime fan art, I did some quite a while ago but I'm hoping to destroy it with my new stuff ^^
