Chihiro was watching the clouds. Again.
She really needed to knock it off. It was such a bad habit to just stare out into space in the middle of class. Especially since she had only been at this new school for about 3 months and her grades were not looking so good.
A large white cloud drifted past. It was long and sort of squiggly shaped. It kind of reminded her of a snake, or a dragon In fact, it kind of reminded her of Haku

You know the saying that when you die, your life flashes before your eyes? Well right there, part of Chihiro's life flashed before her. She could remember everything: From the moment she entered the tunnel with the stone spirit, till the moment she let go of Haku's hand and ran through the grass toward her parents.
She remembered Lin, Boh, Yubaba, Kamaji, Zeniba, and the rest of her friends from the bath house. She remembered Haku; the first person she met in the Spirit World and the last person she saw from the Spirit World. Haku was the boy who saved her, the boy who had once made a promise. That boy.
Haku was the reason she hadn't been able to have a relationship. She had been waiting for him like she promised.
Haku Returns chapter 1Haku Returns chapter 14 years ago in Romance More Like This
It's been six years since my adventure in the Spirit World, six years since I've seen him. When I was able to return to my world with my parents and before I ran to the tunnel where they were waiting for me, Haku did promise me that we will see each other again some day soon.
Having strong faith in him since that day, I've been waiting patiently for Haku to come into the human world and find me. Even at the times I become very impatient and had almost about given up on waiting for him, my memories of him and my strong feelings for Haku make me think twice because he could appear anytime, possibly when I least expect it one of these days.
Looking out my bedroom window, as I thought about Haku, I decide to go out for a walk. Leaving my room once my light was turned off and I closed the door behind me, my mom said from t

Chihiro looked back at the bath house and sighed, Here I go, she thought. She crossed the bridge where she met Haku for the first time and then headed down the concrete steps. Chihiro made her way around town trying to find a way down to the train stop. She couldn't quite remember how she got there the first time since she was running from No Face.
Chihiro eventually found a pathway leading down to the train tracks. She tripped down the dirt path and finally made it to the bottom. She sat down and took out a pair of new shoes she had gotten from the bathhouse from her bag. She slipped them on and made her way out to the track.
It must not have rained recently because there was no water on the track. She walked until she came upon the first train stop that she saw. She sat on the edge and waited.

Chihiro Ogino flipped to the next page in her book. She sighed and wiped the sweat from her face. It was the first week of summer vacation and she was spending it inside reading a book.
It had been six years since Chihiro had crossed over to the Spirit World. Six years since she had met Haku, her first love. Six years since she saved the Spirit World. Six long years had passed since she let go of Haku's soft hand and walked back into the human world.
She didn't realize it until she crossed into the human world and couldn't look back; she loved Haku. She loved a Spirit. Even though she was young, her feelings for Haku were there. She didn't know why or how it happened, but it did. She loved the impossible.
She hadn't told anyone about the Spirit World, her friends, or even Haku.

It had been a year since Chihiro was freed from the world of spirits. She now lived at the country side of her blue home, not far off from the enterence of the old amusement park. She sat beside her sleepig mat on the floor, her brown eyes looking out the window of the clear sky. It was a calm morning. A few white birds flew from the trees as their new pet dog, a medium sized white dog that loved to chase things around, ran into a tree after a squirrel. How long has it been since she left that place? Since she left all her friends there at the bath house. She sighed and played with a rock on the window sil.

Haku's eyes slowly flickered open. When he realized where he was, he sat up quickly.
"Ugh." Haku groaned as a sharp pain went through his chest. He held it tightly until it slowly passed. Wearily he pulled the covers off of him and got out of bed. His bare feet barely hit the floor when Haku collapsed.
"Come on " Haku grabbed the bed and pulled himself up. He regained his balance and walked slowly across the hardwood floor and opened the door with the hand that wasn't holding his chest. As he walked, panting, across the hospital wing, the Nurse Spirits stared at him. His particular nurse came running up to him, "Master, you shouldn't be-"
"I don't care," Haku growled. His nurse backed away, bowed, and walked away.
Haku made it to the door and opened that one as well. He left it open and walked across the hall. The sharp pain hit his chest again a

"Hey." a voice called to him, causing him to turn around. Walking towards him was a young woman of sixteen with fire-red hair and cloud-gray eyes. Her outfit was in two parts: the top was in a Chinese style and came down to the end of her ribs. The color was red with goldenrod lining, and had a matching skirt. The skirt, which started on her hips and revealed her stomach, was the same in color, but had shorts underneath, and had a slit from her upper thigh to the end on both sides. Her slippers were a lighter red and goldenrod color, but otherwise matched her outfit. Her fire-red hair was in a ponytail, swaying in the wind. Two golden w

He was sweating under the thick red cloak, the tights seemed to be getting tighter and tighter, the shoes were hurting his feet, and the crown kept slipping over his forehead and into his eyes. However, Prussia insisted that if they take off these clothes and change into peasant's clothes, the guards at Rugaska may not permit them to

Pushing past Prussia, America was the first into the room. What he saw only confirmed his worst fears.
Canada lay collapsed on the floor, unconscious or dead. Russia stood in the doorway, smiling cruelly and holding his pipe. And one of the monsters stood directly behind Russia, mocking America with its cold indifference.
"You bastard!" America screamed, torn between tending to his fallen brother or going after Russia.
His momentary distraction decided the matter for him. With one last cryptic smile, Russia disappeared, along with the creature behind him.
America's legs gave out and he collapsed weakly to his knees.
"Damn him!" he screamed. "Damn him!"
He felt England's comforting hand on his shoulder, but he quickly shook it off. He didn't want England's comfort. Not now. Russia had betrayed them and Canada had suffered for it. But-- She would miss him.
As she got into the blue car it was filled with dust, leaves, and undergrowth. Her parents did not understand. It had been such a long period of time since they had been in their car. "Yes, must be. But what a heartless joke," her mother said. But Chihiro just took a deep breath through her nostrils, sighing. "What's wrong, Chihiro?" her father asked in his gruff voice. "Nothing," she replied. "You still can't get over moving?" asked her mother sweetly. "Of course not," she replied, still a bit dazed by the happenings. She gingerly touched the hair-band made by her friends. Granny, No-face....all of them. But especially Haku. "Haku..." she whispered, not audible for one of her parents to hear.
The car came to a halt in front of a blue house with nice white trim. "Isn't it lovely?" asked Chihiro's mother, Yuuko. "It's a fine home," said the father. "What do you th

Yes, it is me singing and playing all the instruments. (Which is actually only a keyboard XD.)The melody and structure of the song is loosely based off of "Eden" from the HetaOni soundtrack. Please leave a comment. It'll mean so much to me.
I was told to smile
and run away
As you bleed
and fade away
No time to say goodbye
It all happened so fast
And I know that it hurts
You don't have to say a word
I saw it all happen
Over and over again
I'm so sorry
But this is where I fall
It's been good, this life
But I guess I'm meant to be alone
One by one I saw you all fall
Blinded by nothing but crimson
Just close your eyes, they told me
It's okay to cry
Just don't look around at the blood
We'll get you out of here soon
You don't understand
how much you mean to me
The thing that I remember
to the point that I can't breathe

Before being trapped in this strange world, she had forgotten what genuine fear felt like, but very recently, she had gotten her fair share of near-heart-attacks. Now, her heart pounded against her rib cage once more, and she shut her eyes tight, praying that he would not find her. She pressed her back against the cold, crumbly, cement wall, and then took a deep breath to try to slow her heart rate. Suddenly she heard footsteps coming down the hall, getting closer, and her eyes widened as she clamped her own hands on her mouth to suppress a startled gasp.
If he found her, it was all over. Or maybe it wasn't. The others were still alive she hoped, but could not be sure. The footsteps were drawing nearer at an increased pace, and so she rested her head on the wall as well. She was going to die, but now she found herself accepting the thought.
