Nothing like a late night walling session I almost forgot how good it felt. Anyway reusing my vector on another wallpaper i loved the scan so much i just had to make a wallpaper and show more of the girl
Lots of text because texts are awesome shit and my fave colours
This config was made originally on my eee 1000h netbook running XP.
I lost that config due to having to reinstall the OS but some people wanted this config so I've recreated it on my main desktop running Vista x64 (my netbook is running Meego as of now).
This means I'm not sure the Wifi strenght meter works as it should because my pc doesn't have a wifi card to test it. I've a couple of ideas if it doesn't so feedback is apreciated.
Ok, down to bussiness:
It's all pretty self explanatory, the only thing you can have doubts is the center circles that are... a clock (yup, you guessed right). Outer circle being the hours, Middle circle shows minutes and Inner circle shows the seconds.
In the .zip you can find the config (as a .sam file), the font used and two versions of the same wallpaper to use whichever looks better on your netbook's screen.
The dock is rocketdock with a skin made by myself but since i'm no longer using rocketdock I don't have it. But I'm sure you can find hundreds of fitting skins here on devianart.
I've used a lot of tech photoshop brushes found around here on devianart. I've used so many that i don't remember all the creators to credit them. These are some that come to mind now, not sure if this are their names on devianart, just what the .abr's are called for:
Updates: - Jan 4, 2013: Had way too much box-shadow if you don't have a dark wallpaper, toned down a bit - Nov 24, 2012: Calendar polish - Nov 22, 2012: Fix menu popup popuping too far from the left screen edge (with a dirty hack, hope it works well for everyone).
Updated new screen shoot, coz just completed the lifebar mplayer mode. It's a bit stronger than the oxygen bar mplayer. I added 3 icon to swtich between mediaplayer, winamp and itunes by one click. SC is the upper left one. fun part is, life bar show song play progress. Each cell is 10% of song length. You will see the bar grows one cell after another when song plays.
Screen Shoot of totally re-designed Dead Space Rig all-in-one Meter. Main reason for driving into V3 is, the v2 has 8 cell due to limit of wallpaper. It's hard to measure anything by 8 scale. Another reason is the wallpaper of v2 is for dead space I. In DS II, the lifebar has new look. It looks still like a tube, but with individual cell. The wallpaper is made by me, by capture from real game and cusomized After numerous hours hard work. It is close to a success. Life bar-batter/gpu/gpu mem/cpu/cpu mem/wifi/hdd1/hdd2/core temp meter, volume control, media player and quick link luncher (each cell is a link 10 in total, by 4 group) engery(oxygen) bar-cpu/sys mem/gpu/gpu mem/wifi/hdd1/hdd2 meter and media player remote.
