"For one, I agreed to a training exercise not a combat simulation, and two, Batarangs hurt!" Wally motioned the appropriate number of fingers at Bruce in a slightly (but unintentionally) rude gesture, and the billionaire sighed.
"So does real life."
Wally pulled a face and moved his hand in a 'blah blah blah' kind of way. "I hadn't noticed. That's totally not the point; I'm not doing it unless we use those." He gestured to a bucket full of multi-colored objects, and then he grinned. "Besides, you might accidentally have some fun while throwing them at me."
There was a noise of annoyed frustration from the older man, and then a clang of a Batarang being flung aside. "Fine. No Batarangs it is, then."
"Yay!" Wally zipped to the bucket, picked it up and plonked it next to the Caped Crusader's feet faster than Bruce could blink, and was standing wa

He followed him to his bedroom but he ignored him. He wanted to pack his bags and get out of there as quickly as possible.
This house no longer feels like home.
Tears streamed down his face as he heard his pleads to stay. He couldn't bare it. He didn't want to.

Dreams and Desires? Could that really be right?
I was still staring at television when the news ended. Older Wally had asked me if I wanted any coffee or breakfast. I just nodded dumbly to make him leave the room. I needed to be alone to figure out what was going on here. I got up and started to pace the room as soon as he left the room. Pacing always helped me concentrate. I brought my fingers up to my chin and began to rub my stubble.
The old man, Dr. Eamsndes Ires probably was an allies - was either, one, a crazy old man who just happened to have met a Robin who wanted to go on top of Metropolis's highest building or, two, the man was the one who sent me here and was trying to communicate with me. As much as I really, really wanted to go with the first one, I knew number two was right on the nose. Dr. Eamsndes was trying to contact me. But why? To tell me why I was here? To bargain with me? No, replace is too strong of a word to sum up the situation I am in right now. Alta´r lifted his gaze from the papers and searched the shadows. A dark silhouette was coming from the corridor.
Malik nodded, quickening his pace.
"Thanks for your help, brother. What's the situation out there?"
"It is an hour past dawn already, Alta´r," the Dai answered, hastening to the Master's desk. "Everything is arranged properly – Rafik just brought together the villagers, with all the men we have left. They are all waiting outside the Fortress."
He nodded absently, still sorting through the brownish parchment under his fingers. Suddenly, not for the first time that morning, his attention was captured by the thin leather cover of a small book.
It was Al Mualim's diary. That small book, the key to many truths of the Brotherhood, had been found in his clothes before the burial. Secrets, information and names had been recorded through the decades, for the new Masters to read, in the old man's minute handwriting.
Alta´r let out a frustrated sigh.

11 - Jealous - SideswipeThe aftermath of the battle against the Fallen had left most everyone exhausted, so those Autobots that were not topside with Optimus and the humans were mostly resting below where Ratchet was tending in relative silence to the wounded.11 - Jealous - Sideswipe6 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
Sideswipe, having remained mostly uninjured throughout the brawl save for some artillery wounds to his arms and torso, was more than content to stay off to the side as he watched the others be seen to. The two surviving Arcee triplets were huddled close together, helms touching as they quietly mourned the loss of their sister part, oblivious to Ratchet as he worked on the main unit, or of Ironhide as he moved to rest a surprisingly gentle hand against Chromia's back.
Likewise, the sleek silver mech paid them no mind. He was more focused on the banter of the green and red twins nearby, his blue optics sharp and alert as he watched them talk. They were using Cybertronian now, bickering, though it was mostly affectionate.

I'm not a stalker-- at least I wouldn't consider myself that. I rather call it admiring somebody out of my reach. Kid Flash was way out of my reach. He'd never like me the way I like him unless I magically turn into a female. Kid Flash was struggling with hands bound behind his back, attaching him to a cold metal chair. The rope burned his freckled skin and cut deep into his flesh, but the pain wasn't why he fought to get away.
In front of him a boy's body swung limply, his face stained scarlet from blood oozing from his forehead. Some flowed from his mouth as well that hung loosely ajar as a deadman's mouth does. He seemed to just float in midair before Kid's eyes, unattached to anything, rotating slowly. His limbs fell about him, tattered and bruised. The remnants of a cape covered his back, and on his chest: an embroidered letter "R", from which a dagger protruded.

Bruce was almost asleep, long years of night-time acrobatics making slumber at any time difficult. He didnt mind, if he was awake, he could look. His eyes had been closed, and on opening them, there was nothing but darkness. That was fine, for those seconds he was able to feel. Feel a strong heartbeat in his chest, matched only by the one pressed close to him. It was warm, warmer than youd expect from such pale skin, but so still it was hard to believe the body beside him was alive.
His eyes finally adjusted, and he stared down in near wonderment at the face below. They had fought in the rain, and the normally pristine cosmetics were gone from the pale face. But his skin was still paper-white, his lips blood red, shining in the darkness.
Jack had laughed till he cried when he realised what they were doing, and while that wasnt a surprising state for the villain, Bruce had managed a small chuckle too. This was insane. What a perfect

After twenty minutes of it, Steve gave that endearing little disappointed frown of his and said, Well, arent you going to ask me to dance?

He took my chin in his fingers I felt that nervous feeling again, along with terror of course and his eyes scanned my face.
