I go and go trying to be a good man
But everywhere I have to fear what is at hand
As my life ticks away I stare into the dark
My love for my comrades is strong
With my friends by my side I hope I make my mark
I hope I will live long
I stare into the end of the road
I had only wished I had known
How my life would be
So I could be a better me
As though life is jolly and good
In truth it is hard to have the mood
knowing that you came so close
to losing what you loved most

"Then use it."
Why can't I use it?
Why was I given a voice without instructions on how to use it?
When is it necessary?
Who do I speak to?
Why is it crucial to my existence?
"I have a voice."
"Writing letters and using text messages doesn't count."
How does that not count?
You have a hard copy of what I want to say.
And you can reflect on it easier than trying to recall what I said.
I don't understand how it's any different.
You can read it and act upon it.
"I have a voice."
"Sure you do, but you're not a part of this, so your 'voice' doesn't matter."
Do I even have a voice anymore?

You have a daily life, and I should too.
You are a singer, an actress, whatever you want to be.
But all the fame, is not necessary.
You've got clothes on your back,
I do too.
But Do you appreciate,
Like I do?
You spend stuff on crazy things, not making wise choices.
But I try to give all my love, and all my emotion.
So tell me, who do you want to be?
An actress, a star, or a loving person in the family?
Don't give pride in yourself, that is at fault,
What have you, yourself, been taught?
I came out of my mothers womb,
Didn't you too?
I am just a person,
What About You?
Have fame in your life,
The light is mine.
But only I can make it happen.
Not Pride, Not Boast.
But make it shine.
You are another human being,
given so much attention to what you do,
but is it really for who you are?
Be You, Just Be You.

All was quiet within the small apartment. The only sound interrupting the silence was the content purring of Blair as she dreamt sweet dreams in the midst of her slumber. Soul was asleep on this glorious afternoon as well. It was a peaceful scene. That is, until the front door banged open.
"I can't STAND that repulsive man!" Roared Maka.
Her blonde hair streaked behind her, as if it was trying to keep up with her angry strides. Maka violently slammed the door, almost knocking it off of its hinges. Blair stirred in her sleep.
"Maka, is that you?" She yawned, getting up and stretching her feline body.
"Yeah. I'm home, Blair." Sighed Maka, a hint of agitation in her breath.
"Did your day out with your papa go well?"
Maka pulled the same face that you would pull after meeting Excalibur.
"Um not so well then?" Chuckled Blair, awkwardly.
"He spent the whole day being a womaniser." Groaned Maka, "Trying to draw in new prey by pretending that he was a lonely, single parent that was

This is also a look at the historic bases of the play Zuko mentions on Ember Island. So take a trip back in time. Discover how love and dragons led to the first Firebenders.
Back when bending the elements was still in it's infancy, an island of Sun Worshipers were always divided. Two sides, constantly at odds. Separated by the dragons they protected. The Realm of the Red Dragon, whose people were passionate, impulsive, and optimistic. The Realm of the Blue Dragon, whose people were cunning, energetic, and imaginative.
Two neighboring villages on opposite sides of the border enhanced this rivalry. None more notorious than the one fueled by a pair of 8 year old children. They would take delight in tormenting each other, and by extension, both communities. Young Agni and Yzita an

We stayed at the library until it closed and afterwards we wandered around on the street for a bit, Alfred still giving small glances to my bruised hand every now and then.
"Artie, I wanna come over to yer place!" Alfred said excitedly. Unfortunately for him, I never let someone get near my home. I didn't like it if people got ideas about what was going on in the household. It's none of their business.
"No," I replied shortly, not caring about explaining; It'd cause me even more trouble.

The fragrant smell of bacon and eggs wafted throughout the small apartment. Maka was, as usual, up and about much earlier than the second tenant that thrived alongside her within the household. She shifted the bacon around the pan as it sizzled furiously. She recoiled as some of the bacon grease spat at her, as if it was annoyed at the fact that it was being cooked. Maka pouted and her blonde, wispy hair flew around her head in a snake-like manner.
"If you weren't already a dead piece of meat, I would have throttled you by now!" She huffed.
Her apple green eyes grew wide with fear and she briskly flung round to scan her surroundings.
A few books that she had previously been browsing through formed a small pile upon the red, leather sofa. Some towels had been lazily flung by the bathroom door; no doubt it was the work of Blair after her daily shower. The kitchen was cluttered with utensils that Maka had been using to make breakfast on that bright morning, and the table was ne

She made a desperate attempt to snatch the paper out of Soul's grasp. Soul used his height as an advantage and lifted the paper out of Maka's reach.

No matter how mature Maka acted, she always had her childish moments.

The day of the wing ceremony. Zelda and I had just finished the final part, and I had just received the sailcloth which I assumed would only be useful for jumping off of my loftwing to get to Skyloft rather than going to the trouble of having him land.
After she had surprised me by shoving me off the statue of the goddess, she had requested we fly through the clouds together. I accepted gratefully, unaware of the dangers lurking in the seemingly peace-filled sky.
With our birds soaring through the thin clouds, Zelda eventually called to me, declaring she had something she wished to talk to me about.
Before she could finish, a tornado black as night and powerful as a god took Zelda in its grip, sending her along with her loftwing swirling to the ground below.
It was quickly explained to me my destiny, to save the world and along with Zelda.
I became meek at the revelation, and realized later that I was no hero. That I was only doing it to sav

I start my long journey with a lone wagon, only with the help of my family to get me started and I go alone into the world. As I go I meet people, let them ride, let them pick up souvenirs and hold their luggage.
As time goes by they either get to their stop or want off the wagon, but they always leave their luggage and memories behind. As more people get off the wagon wears down from the weight of the memories and luggage.
It gets harder to let people on as the wagon has so much already on it. The wagon gets worn down as I do. Growing slower from the memories of people past make the wheels grind from the weight and slows.
People try to get rid of the old luggage and memories but they always return. The more that get off the wagon the harder it is to get where I'm going.
People come…. People go….. but the memories are always within the very wood of the wagon……

It was a day where couples got closer, did romantic things, bought each other flowers and chocolate and little teddy bears Soul didn't like to participate in it and neither did his meister. Okay, so first of all, a zombie is a reanimated corpse that lurches around looking for human flesh. Different breeds may be reasoned with, or even "cured" back to the original personality. However, the most typical zombies:
-Are incoherent. They will not be reasoned with or threatened.
-They don't sleep.
-They seem to like brains, but most will settle for a nice hunk of your flesh.
-The come in different speeds, from crawling to shambling to running. Most are shambling along at a slow slow walk.
-They do not drown or asphyxiate.
-Some will burn easily while others will not burn at all.
-Most zombies will "die" from severe damage to the head.
-It is said they are attracted by sound, but this varies.
-VERY IMPORTANT: The most dangerous thing about zombies is that if they bite you and you die before your brain is destroyed, you will come back to life as ANOTHER ZOMBIE. That's how they spread their numbers

He had stopped jumping and stood on a building not very far back from me.

"That must be Orias' house..." I mumble.
"Yup. But look around that."
I move my eyes away from the house, and see floods of police officers on the streets, holding pieces of paper up to people's faces, and I didn't have a single doubt as to what was on them.

and a screamer pops out, you've had a really good fright
are my metaphors putting up a really good fight?
Let me put it simply, in english plain:
