Once upon a time, in the Kingdom of Twilight, there lived a girl and a boy. They hadn't quite seen seven years, and they were childhood sweethearts. One day, the Royal Council sent soldiers to take away the prettiest young female in the land, that she may become a living doll, The Queen of the Kingdom, cursed until the day she dies. Right in front of the boy's eyes, they snatched her up and threw her in a carriage, where the two would forever be separated.
"Ah, finally out of that rat hole that is Fort Radiance," the young man began, then adding a sarcastic laugh, "Radiant, definitely. That place had the worst conditions that make a pig pen look like a palace."
"Ah, but didn't you love the home cooked porridge? Lumpier than our grandmother's cooking!" the other male, said. The two were walking side by side, gathering what little provisions they had before setting out on the road back home. The dark stone walls rose high above them, making the young man feel trapped yet protected

I waved towards my neighbor, Roxas, who cheerfully waved back, almost losing control of the handlebars.
I chuckled softly to myself when looking towards Namine.
It seemed that the two Nobodies had found a way to love after all, even without a heart.
Namine held on tightly to Roxas as they progessed through the block.
Soon, the love birds were out of sight.
I stood up from my seat on the stairs of the porch, and I walked to the backyard, grabbing a spatula.
"Burn baby," I said, grinning as the fire of the grill shot up.
I coughed out ashes from my mouth, wiping my hands on my apron. The steak on the table was burnt on the inside and out, and smoke flew out of it.
"That...is unapatizing," I muttered, walking back to the porch to check to see if I had any mail.
I paused stiffly as I was opening the mailbox.
On the sidewalk, Roxas rode his bike, this time withou

I stood in the school's courtyard. The air was so cold I shook like a leaf about to fall off a tree. I hugged my coat closer to me, my body heat quickly thawed my half frozen limbs. I was thankful I wore my thicker coat. The school bell rang, the doors of the school busted open sending swarms of students and teachers out of the warmth of the building and into the cold of early winter.
A few minutes went by, and I saw her, when she walked out of the school with her friends.
I took in a deep breath and blew it out, my breath turned into wisps of smoke. It faded into a trail behind me as I walked over to them. I kept my glance on her the whole time, and my lips decided to turn up.
No you'll look like a dork don't smile! I mentally scolded myself, and quickly went back to my lame smile.
Her friend spotted me and flared her hands out energetically. My walk slowed as they strolled over to me.
Fountain of Wishes"Come one, come all! To the Fountain of Desires!" the man dressed in fortune telling clothes said. His strange outfit definitely didn't fit the hairstyle he had (a mullet) and something about him seemed fishy. Despite the gut feeling she felt, there was an odd attraction about the man that wanted her to investigate. After all, there were several others congregating around the emerald eyed man to hear more. That made the audience gasp in amazement. One after another, the citizens of Radiant Gardens tossed coins in and silently wished for their deepest desire. Several of their relatives or friends immediately dived into the deep fountain, hoping to retrieve the coin of their loved ones, making their wish come true. A few were successful, which made the teenaged girl think. "Maybe, just maybe, this would work?" She shook her head, not believing
RokuNami: Winter's Icy Soul Snow was pouring down from the sky at an alarming rate. That, coupled with the wind, made the conditions outside unbearable. Roxas sat on the floor in front of the fireplace, enjoying the warmth that radiated from the flame. Chap 1: Love Song Requiem
Fuu was always a sick girl, from what Ventus could remember. No not sick as in mentally unstable, or having heinous thoughts. When he said sick, he meant physically impossible for her to be anywhere. He had never been to the hospital so much in his life until she came along. It was his first day of high school when he first met the mysterious and quiet girl.
He could remember it like it was yesterday; memories of a time when her smile was always faint, but visible in his eyes. It was raining that day too; when the weatherman had promised sunny skies. And now more than anything, he wished it were true for the rest of his life.
Ventus looked up at the menacing building in fear, high school, how much he despised this upcoming day. The blond had no right to complaint though; at least his foster siblings Aqua and Terra were attending the same

Roxas had a lot of responsibilities; being the head RA for the freshmen class was one of them in Radiant University. Every year, he had studied and sacrificed his time to earn the respect he had today as a junior. You could say he really didn't have much of a social life because of that; he was known to be a loner half the time. Even so, he somehow achieved many friends, and was known almost throughout the entire campus. Though despite his reputation, his main concern was always focused on someone else.
Namine, a childhood friend, a baby sister, his personal stalker; she was many things. But today, she was a grown woman; and now, a freshmen going through her first year of college. Still, there was a boundary he had to keep. He couldn't keep treating her like a child forever, right?
Even so, why was he so jealous? Why couldn't he keep her

"There's one thing missing, someone missing, that holds the key to wake up Sora but to take him away like that, away from his 'life' it would be horrible," she whispered to herself as she sketched a figure in a black coat with blonde spiky locks. The Nobody carefully tore out the picture, found some tape, and stuck it to the wall, next to the other drawings.

Their faces light up with smiles, glints of happiness sparkling in their eyes. Everybody except Xion, though one would never know the difference. Her smile was hollow, her face a mask to hide her pain.
She did not clap nor did she cheer, only a smile too breakable to stay. Every so often it would fade, leaving her face unrecognizable. Her cheeks would hollow out and her eyes would sink in, her skin would pale far more then it was, her hair looses its beauty, leaving nothing but a scrambled mess. Her nose would narrow and her lips would press down on each other leaving them thinner. This would happen for a quick second, the time it took to blink, and then the hollow smile was back and her face was light up with false happiness.

Sora snuggled down into the covers, his room a crowded mess of toys, books and favorite animals. His mom tucked in her tiny five-year-old son, and left him a kiss on the forehead.
"Good night, Sora. Have sweet dreams."
Sora tried to stay up later once his mom left, but he was a lot more tired than he wanted to be. Eventually, the familiar shapes of his bedroom vanished into the warm haze of sleep.
Usually his dreams were big and strange, sometimes even scary. But now, he was just on the beach, alone. He knew this was a dream because his mommy would never let him go to the island alone. And it was night, and he wasn't allowed to go at night. So he stayed where he was, right on the edge of the wet sand, and made sand castles that looked more like sand mounds.
Then, suddenly, there was another boy there. A much older boy, like the teenagers that went to the big kid school. But he was dressed funny; not in island clothes at all. He had strange metal armor on his shirt, shoes and one of his

They did not share the love of Kairi and Sora.
It was rare.
It was a love that was created before they ever seized to exist.
Before Kairi and Sora ever fell in love.
This love was their curse.
Naminé had always believe that.
At first, she thought the love they shared was wonderful.
It was always perfect.

She was slowly begining to give up.
She was giving up on them.
She stood in the white room, staring at all the pictures on wall of her and him.

Is she becoming human?
She was going to give up.

Naminé began to write on the piece of notebook paper. When she looked at it for a few seconds, she flipped over the pencil and rubbed the eraser across the top of the paper. 'Dear Roxas' seemed too formal. That wasn't what she wanted in this message. Naminé thought a little harder. 'Greetings,' 'salutations,' and 'good day,' didn't seem right either. Tapping the tip of the eraser on her desk, she pondered how to start off the letter. It couldn't be that hard, right? "Just write what is on your mind," Naminé gently told herself.
Good Morning, Roxas,
Sure, right now, at this time the words flowed onto the paper, the time was night, but Naminé planned on sneaking this message into Roxas' room before daytime, that way, he would be able to read it in the morning and the greeting would be appropriate.
How have you been? I've hardly seen you as much as I used to, and that still was quite rare. Never mind that, though.

Both boy and girl stared at each other blankly as Kairi, Riku, and Sora in the distance swam in the calm waters of the islands.
Roxas and Naminé were both of a ghostly transparent form, only being able to see each other.
"I've heard people say it before," Roxas explained earlier." "That weird line. 'I love you.' ButI didn't get it. So, Naminé..." he blushed. "Can I try to tell you, to see if we feel anything?"

"Love you too," Naminé weakly said, but again,
"Now I know what nothing really feels like," Roxas said boredly, another day.
