I stood back from the door, breathing heavily. Ryan let out a relieved sigh, and Andrea got up from her previous sitting position.
We were the only survivors.
You may find it hard to believe- Just three teens in a city of over a million- but even if there WAS other survivors, our chances of meeting them was unlikely.
Our numbers used to be greater. Before, it was me, Ryan, Andrea, and the others Rebekah, Austin, Alexis and Mitchel- my brother.
I had seen them all go down.
Rebekah had been killed when she went out to find weapons. Austin had died when we were ambushed, running from our school. Alexis had strayed too far from the group, and Mitchel- he had just been the most recent, with listening to his iPod and not heard the approaching horde. I shuddered at the thought of my fallen friends and family.
Ryan snapped me out of my thoughts. "Hey- we need to find some way out of here. This door won't hold forever, and another horde is coming." I nodded in reply. No use in thinki

I pulled up the the Co-op gas station just before the motor spluttered and died out. My hands still gripped the wheel as if it was the last piece of pie, and I was breathing heavily. My face had stains of dust and blood, and my hands the same.
Yet I still wore a grin on my face that just spelled the word, "crazy."
Nether Ryan nor Andrea said anything for a couple of seconds. Then Andrea turned to me.
"Maybe next time, I should drive." she said.
I nodded in reply before unlocking my door. That was a mistake. At that moment, a random zombie popped out of nowhere, pressing it's bloody face against the window. It let out a gurgle/roar, and both my friends screamed in shock. I slowly reached down and locked the door again. I then reached between the seats, gripping my fingers around my axe. But the zombie seemed to just be passing along, and crawled over the car in it's eternal search for food.
"Dumb zombie." I murmured. Both my friends shushed me, possibly in the fear of the zombie hearing

I held my back against the door, panting like a tired dog. It shook for a second time, and Ryan found himself again and tackled the door with all his strength. Andrea was sitting on my sofa, knees pulled to her chest. I gripped my chest close, and worked up enough strength to talk.
"So.... anyone having fun yet?" I half-whimpered.
Both Ryan and Andrea gave me a glare.
A bloody hand broke through the door of the window, and it was followed by screams. I noticed that one of the screams was my own. I stood, and wielding the axe, hit the arm as hard as I could.
"THAT'S for keeping me from my shower!!" I screamed as I attacked.
The bloody face of a human appeared, and I hesitated to hit it for a second. It roared, blood flying into the room. I decided to hit it, and the axe found it's mark on the zombie's forehead. It gurgled in agony before backing away and dislodging the weapon.
"Nice shot." Andrea commented.
"Thanks, I try." I replied.
The sound of shuffling and gurgling grew closer and

I felt like I was in a horror movie. But not a really good one. Like a cheap one that was made by some idiotic person. Like Tommy Wiseau. Even though he never even made a horror movie I guess.....
But getting back on track. My mind wanders when I'm scared to wit's end.
Andrea was trying to go as fast as possible while weaving her way through the other cars on the deserted road. Her hands gripped the steering wheel with white knuckles. Ryan was gripping the seats for his life. I was laughing.
In other words, the usual.
I still could feel myself slipping deeper into insanity, but it wasn't like I really cared right now. I just needed to live. Instinct, that was it.
The van's tires screeched as we were forced to turn a sharp corner. The zombie horde followed closely, gurgling all the way. A thought occurred to me.
"We aren't going to be safe in here." I said.
"What are you talking about?!" yelled Ryan. Then his eyes widened in realization. "Your right....." he said in a more of a hushed v

Tears streamed down my face.
"So, this is the end?" I whimpered to Ryan.
He nodded a little before coughing and then laying still for a second. His breath came in rasps. The Zombie venom had started to take effect. The wind from the broken car window whooshed through my ears.
Andrea's hands were shaking as she still gripped the steering wheel. "SHITAKI." she half-cursed.
Ryan slowly got to his feet and crawled to the window. Broken and bloody glass was all over the floor of the van, but he didn't seem to notice. He turned his face towards me for a second. There was no grief, or pity. Only a grin.
"Bye." he said.
With that, he hurled himself out of the broken window, his body being tossed in the wind before hitting the ground at 100 miles an hour. I tried to shield my eyes. It was horrific. I felt my sanity slip a little deeper into a void.
Andrea shuddered as the cracking of bones and flesh was heard over the sound of wind.
"And then there were two." I said.

I. Choose up to five (5) of your favorite original story characters that will embark in this role-play. If you don't have five (5) then leave them blank (or create a character on the spot!) Be sure to give a little description of them:
1. Myah- Me, the Awesome Poltergeist!!
2. Mitchel- My (Myah's) brother, and sidekick, MANLY BOY!!
3. Scott Pakintosh- The villan, OHNOES.
4. Alfred- Scott' partner IN CRIME.
5. Joey- Myah's Boyfriend.
II. One of your characters decides to make a grand entrance into a random tavern. How does that go? Pick either Character One or Character Four :
Alfred burst through the door, craving the attention he so desired. He got it alright. I watched from the bar table as he slipped on a shard of glass- for this was THAT kind of tavern, and fell to the ground, hitting his head. Slowly, he sat up and looked around. All the big, hairy truck driving men were looking at him. They all had a mean glint in their eye, as if to s
