Here's a poster for Morrowind to go along with my Skyrim and Oblivion posters. Morrowind is my all time favorite game so I wanted to make sure this one turned out exactly the way I wanted. This in fact turned out better than I expected.
Birthday gift for *carocha (she got a pretty print ) I tried to get the epic of the moment when the Nerevarine destroyed the heart of Lorkhan and took away the divinity of the self-made gods (yes, that's Dagoth on the cliff).
I represented the Nerevarine with an Indoril armor for I think that just fits and it's actually one of the best armors of the game. I did enjoy reproducing Wraithguard, Keening and Sunder... Sunder has a more static force, Keening is so sharp it divides and captures the energy gathered by Sunder and Wraithguard protects from the unleashed energy. Beyond the fact that Kagrenac is a tonal architect it always felt to me that the tools affect the magical energy through sound and vibrations, Sunder is similar to a bell ringer hammer and Keening disrupts the pace of the vibe...
As a great fan I really enjoyed making this piece, if my EeePC allows me to I'd like next to represent the battle of young king Wulfharth helped by the ghost of Shor to fight against the spirit of Alduin that was summoned by Orkey after he cursed the men and shortened their lifespan... There's quite a feeling of epic in this and I think it's nice to bring back this scene to wait for Skyrim... ^^
Seriously. I got kinda excited seeing 'Oblivion Trailer' on the video section of reddit, only to find it wasn't TES related! Well, I had to do something about it. So I made a parody of its poster! Original seen here: [link]
This is a photomanipulation/matte painting done with photoshop and various sources from around
the web! Mostly DeviantArt stock that advertised itself as free, though a few things from good
old sxc.hu. Here are the sourced photos, textures, and images:
Finally stopped playing Elder Scrolls games to draw something...from Elder Scrolls. Hircine is by far my favorite character in Elder Scrolls lore ever. I've done some pictures of him in the past without his mask which some people may have seen. Anywho, I felt like actually completing a drawing of Hircine, and I decided to give him what I feel is a Skyrim aesthetic. (I have that game on pre-order, can't wait ) Seeing as Skrim pratically feels like Hircine's realm to me, I'm really hoping there will be a good quest centered on him. Or werewolves...or both. Or maybe there will be some cool DLC about him...I mean, we got to visit Sheogorath in the last game, a character I just don't seem to like as much as everyone else, apparently, so why not?
