The North East Mall in Dallas has really yellow lights. I think it was a bit of a pain for Hai while taking pictures. I wasn't planning on posting this but he really seemed to like it.

It was tough!! He told me to- not look serious, not look sad, not look ecstatic, not look excited, not friightened... it was hard to figure out what sort of emotion doesn't really portray those things. I thought maybe he meant bittersweet.

download for large version.

This concept art is of an area in the world of Dragon Age known as Hightown. Hightown is situated in Kirkwall which was once the center of slave trade in the Tevinter Imperium. The town came to be from an old quarry where slaves would labor away; the area in and around that basin is called Lowtown, and is populated by the poor. The area above the basin is so happily called Hightown and is home to the wealthy.

From the upcoming game, Dragon Age II, set to be released March 8, 2011

PFAR= "Portraits for Artist Reference" is a series I'm working on by pulling from some old files and submitting portraits that would be excellent for classical paintings. Traditional or Digital art. These pieces were not selected for upload previously for various reasons ( quality, focus, lighting, my general picky nature) but are available now.

You may use them in any manner of art, though, so long as you follow my stock rules (check the journal).

Model for this one was: ~TheArcher777
I did forget how much I liked this series and never released it.

i decieded to convert this reference [link] from the daily glyph to a vector freebie. As explained in that page if anyone can contribute to solve the mystery, it would be totally awesome!!

made with illustrator, six different versions for you to choose and edit; compatible cs2 version. why? beacuse some parts of the artwork contains effects available starting with cs2 version; of course deviant page turns ".ai" files into pdf's but editable directly in illustrator.

from the daily glyph: It's apparently a looted pot with no clear provenience. Says Charles Golden: "It's 'Codex Style' meaning only that it comes from the northern Peten, Calakmul/Nakbe region."

Note: Uploading this freebie to any other site is forbidden. Only redirecting links to this page are allowed.
