Alternative title could be: "From Tamriel with egoism!"
But I guess that some ego is acceptable when you have single handedly saved the world. And all these three girls have done so. It's just that with ego like that you propably don't like others like yourself.
This is my little tribute to the best RPG game series I have ever played. The Elder Scrolls. From the series I have played Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim and spent hundred of game hours in each of them. I have created and played with dozens of heroes but chose to illustrate these three girls to be the representatives of them all. I usually play with female human characters (no surprise there
) and therefore my favorite races are Nords, Bretons and Imperials. I also like to play as a melee warrior and therefore the bulk of my heroes use one handed weapons and shields or two handed weapons. Knowing my enthusiasm to armors it's not a surprise either that I prefer medium and heavy armors. My motto in these games could be like: "More steel is better!" Therefore I chose these three female melee warriors from each of the games.
Isobell is a Nord and I find it deliciously ironic to play as a Nord in Morrowind. The fact that you, a Nord, the worst enemy of the Dunmer (natives of the Morrowind) will become their champion and most celebrated hero Nerevar reborn is just... delicious. She wears Indoril medium armor and her weapon of choise is "Ice blade of the Monarch", two handed sword. She wears extravagant skirt over her armor. Even female melee warriors have some vanity in them.
Aureale is a Golden Saint (or Aureal). That race is not playable in the original game but there are a mod which allows you to play as a one. As with Morrowind I find it fascinating to play as a member of a race who are snobby, arrogant, despices mortals and don't give a sh** about their problems. And there you go and save their realm from destruction. Aureale wears a full golden saint armor and her weapon is naturally golden long sword. With shield she has "reduced" her pride a bit and uses Spell Breaker instead of golden saint shield.
Golden saint armor is more a "bikini armor" than a proper full body armor. I usually prefer the latter but I find it appropriate to the arrogance and pride of the saints that they use so revealing armor. (And I like the look of it).
In Skyrim I find it appropriate that the representative is again a Nord as Skyrim is the homeland of Nords. Sigrun is a mighty dragonborn whos shout can bend even the wills of the dragons. She wears ebony heavy armor and warchiefs grip gauntlets. Her helmet is helm of Yngol. She uses many kind of weapons but current one is ebony war axe.
The Elder Scrolls -series is (c) to Bethesda
isobell, Aureale and Sigrun are my creations.
