In honour of Frill's first year, and my participation in their boutique, I will be posting one colourway of the Carouskel Print per day until Friday.

All five of these pieces will be at the boutique for sale this weekend (pending any emergency issues with the shipping, that is).

After that, I will have this style of JSK for sale on etsy under "Rouge Aerie Designs. You can find more information and announcements (including an upcoming giveaway contest!) on my Facebook page!

My new Airship Pirate top.

I made this from a victorian-style blouse [3.99 from Salvation Army] that I cut the back and shoulders off of.

Then I took a vest that I owned, cut off the shoulders, and made a halter neck from the handle of an old leather purse. There are two teardrops of midnight blue velour on the ends, but I don't think that matters. Then I took a silver chain, cut it into two pieces, and attached the ends to the halter neck in back to hold up the back of the vest.

Then I cut out the back even more, and sewed the zipper strap down the center of the cords. It's kind of rough, but I'm not the world's best seamstress. The zipper is really just for show.

I love wearing it! It's so comfy! (surprisingly)

This dress was the final dress of my fashion show past November :)  It's inspired by Art Nouveau and angelic / ghostly beings.
Made of soft silver grey lace lined with viscose. Sleeves are stretch voile. Everything hemmed with lots of lace. Decorated with silver plated metal clasps and little satin roses.

Here you can see it on stage during my fashion show ^^

I should never do sales clothing in the right style/colours for my dolls. I'm supposed to be putting this up on Etsy, but at the same time I'm really tempted to keep it... But maybe I'll just make Sigrun a different one; maybe an underbust version + a separate shirt underneath. I love the lower edge of the corset the most and I'm so happy with how it came out. The whole thing is also interesting because it looks like an evening gown from behind but isnt.

Anyway, I guess it'll go up on Etsy soon.
