FYI...both views are larger than the drawing, and that WHITE spot where HER left eye should be in the dark I thought was cool on the reference photo HERE [link] I first converted it to B&W then cropped it down to a head shot

I've had the reference photo of this saved for over a year. I loved the highlights and the challenge with his hair and the "negative space" work required. I'm still too impatient to do it correctly, but this is the best I can do for now.
