Taken .:Chapter 3:.
We pulled up to an old two-story house; the white paint was chipping off, two windows showing in the front, a wooden door, and a small awning. Around it were two big oak trees on either side of the house, a small garden, grass, and a curving stone walkway. There was a long driveway leading down to a small garage. As soon as the car was stopped, I quickly hopped out of my mother's grey Toyota Camry, and rushed up the walkway to the door. "knock-knock-knockknock-knock-ding-dong!" The last note of the bell rang out, and then the sound of locks turning was heard. Brenan stood in the doorway, "Sammy!" He squealed wrapping me in a tight hug. "Bren Bren!" I said in the same tone as him, returning the hug. My mother's heals clicked annoyingly against the walkway, sounding her approach. "Hi I'm Samantha's mom. Is your father home?" Her fake smile, an enthusiasm, made my stomach curl up. "Yeah, let me go get him. You can come in if you like. Oh and Sammy?" He asked, looking me. "Yes Bren?" I res

What if I did choose Josh? What would happen then. I mean Josh is really nice, and he has a great personality. He's caring and not self centered, and he's caring to everyone he meets. But I don't think that I can just drop everything and go with Josh. I like Josh...maybe even love him....No what am I saying? I can't love my best friend, not like this....
But I can try.
"Alex are you okay?" Josh said, placing one of his hands on mine. Leaning in closer to me, he raised his other hand and brushed the hair out of my eyes. I smiled slightly, and when I did Josh's eyes sparkled. His green eyes entranced me, and I couldn't look away, but I didn't want to. He had his grasp on me, and I wasn't about to let it go. Easing in closer and closer, Josh's face was only a couple of inches away from mine. Moving even closer, his lips touched my ear, and when he spoke warm air filled it.
"You know.....theirs something I've always wanted to try." He whispered in my ear.
"Oh? And what would that be?" I ch

Driving to the park, Josh was really quiet. He didn't say much after we pulled out of the driveway, and he didn't look at me most of the time. All he would do is glance over every now and then, but mostly keep his eyes on the road, and small talk. He never really started a deep or on going conversation, which started to worry me. He loves to talk, but right now he's acting really strange. What going on with him?
"So what's wrong?" I finally say, while looking over at him after staring out the passenger window," You're being awfully quiet..."
"Hmm? Oh, umm you know, just lost in thought I guess." He said, looking over at me and smiling," Just thinking about someone." He winked.
"Oh? And who might that someone be?" I asked, very curious now.
"Oh he already knows. I'm sitting next to him right now." He said, giggling and turned his head back to face the road, but still glancing over at me. Josh had the most adorable laugh ever, and it was so cute it made me laugh as well.
We laughed all t
