


Here, finally, is the second painting I was commissioned to do last November! As with the last one, I was asked to take a photograph by the client's husband and turn it into a watercolor. I thought this one would be easier or quicker than the Bea Dog painting, but I think it ended up taking just as long and being perhaps even more physically taxing! It was all the branches! They did murder on my poor hand, but I could not resist adding all the details; I always think things look better with detail, no matter how much it hurts XD The sky was super fun and easy to do at least ^^
Graphite and Sakura Koi watercolor on Strathmore 140lb. cold press paper. Approximately 8x10".
