Odin is a OOAK (one of a kind) handmade sculpture. He was made from polymer clay over wire and foil. He is a fjord pony unicorn. He has brown resin eyes and tibetan lamb fur hair.
Odin was really fun and challenging to make. Square type poses are always harder because anatomy flaws are so much more obvious, but I think he turned out well. If I have to be honest, I think a fjord would have a longer face and back, but I like him nonetheless.
He took about 6+ hours to paint, most of which was repainting the body to be a good dun colour. I love his face, as you can probably tell by the masses of face photos I have uploaded.
Odin is about 8 inches tall to the tip of his horn. He was a commission/ trade from someone on another forum (same person who commissioned Storm)
Storm is a OOAK (one of a kind) gypsy vanner unicorn stallion.
Storm was sculpted from polymer clay over wire and foil, and was completely handmade from scratch. He was painted in acrylics and is slightly sparkly. He has light blue resin eyes, and his hair and feathers are tibetan lamb fur.
Storm is about 8 inches tall to the tip of his horn. He has silver horn and hooves.
Storm was a commission/ trade from someone on another forum. Sculptures this size are $120+shipping in case anyone was wondering.
OOAK (one of a kind) polymer clay sculpture. Made entirely by hand over a wire and foil armature. The tack was made from clay, ribbon, small jewels, and wire. The horse and tack were painted in acrylics and are quite irridescent.
Companion is a commission I did. The commissioner wanted a character from the Mercedes Lackey series (I think Arrows of the Queen is one of them). I had never heard of these books before, but I think I might have to read them now!
Companion is about 7 inches tall to the ears. Her hair is tibetan lamb fur. She was a lot of fun to make, especially the tack. She's been in the works for a long time, I'm glad I finally finished her! She is going to live with "Golden Dawn".
Aptitude is a unicorn sculpture, made from polymer clay over wire and foil.
He is a leopard appaloosa arabian/ gypsy vanner cross. I don't think even the most talented of krazy kolor breeders could make one like this.
Anyway Aptitude stands 9 inches tall to the tip of his horn. He has green resin eyes ad tibetan lamb fur hair. I am likely going to put him on etsy but I do really like him and sort of want to keep him.
Anatomically I don't like him too much, I just like the color.
Cacique, the OOAK (one of a kind) dapple grey arabian unicorn mare.
Cacique (KA-seek)is about 6 inches long, from the end of her tail to her chest. From the ground to the very top of her horn, she stands about 8.5 inches tall. She is completely hand-made, with no moulds used or taken, and will never be produced again. She is a true one of a kind creation, made from a blend of polymer clay over a sturdy wire and tin foil armature. Cacique has been painted in acrylics to an iridescent dapple grey. Her eyes are yellowish green, inset, and made from resin. Her mane and tail are a mohair blend and are very soft.
She was fun to make. Took me ages to paint, dapples, ugh. She has a lot of personality
Cacique was a side project and is for sale! She is on ebay right now, with the bidding starting at just 99 cents with free shipping. Please have a look! : [link]
Autumn Requiem, or just "Requiem" the palomino saddlebred type unicorn. She is a ooak (one of a kind) fantasy sculpture, handmade from polymer clay over wire and foil. She is painted in acrylics, has inset resin eyes, and tibetan lamb fur hair.
Requiem is about 6.5 inches long from chest to bum and about 9 inches tall. Her eyes are emerald coloured.
She was a commission/ trade for someone on another forum. Of everything I've ever made, she's probably only the third one that I've actually been a bit sad to let go. I did end up getting lots of photos of her though.
Thanks for looking! Follow me on facebook: [link] Website: [link]
Golden Dawn is a OOAK (one of a kind) palomino gypsy vanner unicorn stallion.
Dawn was hand made from polymer clay over wire and foil. He is about 8 inches tall to the tip of his horn. He was painted in acrylics to a lightly dappled palomino. He has purple and white eyes, and gold horn and hooves. His hair is tibetan lamb fur.
Golden Dawn was a lot of fun to make. Him and storm make a nice pair! (they do have to go their separate ways though...)
Dawn was a commission from someone on another forum so he is not for sale. Commissions similar to Dawn are $120+ shipping.
