Hod was up to his knees in a snowdrift when the first wave of nausea hit him. He dropped his rifle and landed on one knee, catching his breath in surprise. All around him was silent snowfall and the quiet movements of the snow cats in the hills all around. The one he'd had in his sights stopped and turned to stare him down before sauntering off into Winterspring's freezing north.
The troll man sat back on his heels and picked the gun back up. The sickness in his gut twisted slowly and then eased away without so much as a ghost twinge. "Perhaps those rations were a bit too old for eating," he muttered, getting gingerly back to his feet and trudging deeper into the snowy woods. The flakes sifting through the air seemed to eat the sound of his voice as it left his lips in a cloud of steam. He paused to check his bearings once again, and went on alone.
He had left his faithful warp stalker at Everlook's stables, c

'They're a nice group. I'm glad I made friends on the first day.' You thought, ringing the doorbell to the mansion's front door. Tira opens it and lets you in.
"Hey _____! How was your first day?" Aunt Kathy asks. She was sitting on the living room sofa watching the news.
You smiled. "It was nice. I made a lot of friends."
You headed up to your bedroom, tossing your backpack on the floor and diving onto your bed.
You grabbed the Tv remote and turned on the Tv, flipping idly through the seemingly limitless channels.
Suddenly your phone began ringing. You checked the caller I.D.
It was Amberlyn.
You pressed the answer button and held the phone up to your ear.
"What's up Amber?"
"Nothin' much, just wanted to make sure you got home alright."
"That's nice of you, Yeah I'm fine." You chuckled.

Astrid's feet ache. She sits down on the door frame for the back door and rips off her brother's too big boots. Better than being barefoot though. She tosses them aside under the eve of the roof to keep them from getting rained on. It's a good eighteen centimeter distance between the door and the ground; too keep the water out when it rains; though the basement still leaks like the dickens.
In the end her mother didn't let them back in the house until after the sun had gone down. Muddy, damp and tired the three tromped up stairs into bed. The house was large, but old. It had once been a true family farm with more than one generation, with cousins and aunts and uncles living in one house or the nearby farm houses working the farm together. But such had not happened since their father was a small child. Her great-grandparents had passed away, and her

Sleeping is nice. Sleeping is really, really nice. I sighed quietly and turned over in my bed, away from any windows and burrowed further into my nice, soft blankets. I tried to go back to sleep, but it was around the time that I needed to get up and get something to eat and the slight rumble in my stomach was keeping me awake. However, I really didn't feel like getting up yet, so I hid my head under my pillow and contemplated life.

It was sunny, almost too sunny. Spring was gone along with its cool weather. Hiccup was none to a fan of hot weather either. The sun beating down on his face from where he laid on his stomach on a small wooden platform in the high limbs the giant oak tree in the front yard was a pure annoyance. However he had been spending greater and greater amounts of time outside to avoid his father. Stoick hadn't had the nerve to look him in the eye directly for awhile. The tension in the house would require a machete and a circus freak strong man to cut it. It had been almost four days since his release from the hospital and his father luckily, hadn't mentioned anything about school. Though there was a jumbled heap of homework sent home by his teacher cluttering his d

Their group had been ushered to different places in the village due to a lack of bedding in Fargoth's home, or any one place in particular. Hiccup had been taken to Ralbert's home and give his spare bed. There, Ralbert had told him that he was still unmarried, but the spare bedroom was for the children he eventually hoped to have.
Hiccup didn't know where Astrid had been taken to. However, Bluebell, Jack, and Nari had all gone with her, so she was sure to be safe wherever she was.
Hiccup sat up in the bed, and turned his body towards the edge, letting his legs hang off. He was in a small room, just large enough for the bed pressed against one wall and Toothless on th
Jeff The Killer x Reader - Chapter IThis day wasn't going to end well. As always, these two cunts were trying to beat you up. Why? You had absolutely no clue. Maybe because you couldn't bring yourself to talk to anyone. Maybe because your grades were going down, or maybe because you couldn't stand being around these disgusting teenagers. Maybe, maybe, maybe. But that wasn't an important question for now; you had to find a way to get out of the stall you were in since twenty minutes now. You tried to escape the two girls, but they found you and now there's no way you can get out without getting beat up. Maybe they were still out there, just waiting for you to get out to punch you hard in the face. This massive headache was really irritating me from every bad dream I've had. It's the fifth time this month; September, and no matter what I take, it comes back and haunts me the next night. It's been four months since I've had the dragon incident, but ever since September had started--my dreams were becoming very odd.
I mean, it's not often you have nightmares, but it's the strangest thing. My nightmares seem more realistic. The smell, the sounds, and the feelings feel so real, as if I'm not entirely in a nightmare.
I sat up on my bed, fully awake and trembling in fear, as I held my blanket close to my chest. My room was dark and quiet, and the air around me was cold from the air conditioner being a little too high on a chilly Thursday night. The light of the moon shined through my window, making striped lights peek into my room and shine over my bed. I began to hear the wind whistling as

"TUFFNUT!" She yelled at her brother when she found out what he had done to her favorite clothes "YOU LITTLE BITCH, JUST WAIT UNTIL I GET MY HANDS ON YOU!" She continued, throwing her favorite pair of pants at him.
God, i was planning on wearing those today, now i have to wear my skirt, she tought, pulling out her moss-green skirt, frowning a bit and putting them on, together with her white tank top.
She loved summer. Dragon training vacations, best beach season, surfing, oh, how she loved it. She walked out her room and into the kitchen, where her family was having breakfeast.
"Morning, ma', morning, pa'." She said, sitting down next to her brother and ignoring his smirk.
"Good morning, honey!" Her parents said, in unision, then laughing a bit at each other.
"What happened to your pants, sis?" Tuffnut said, looking down at his breakfeast smirking a bit.

The sun hadn't even peeked over the horizon yet as Hiccup began to pull up his boot and strap on his prosthetic. The coal black dragon that sat beside his bed grumbled complainingly as he tried to sleep among the jumbled sounds of his friend preparing to greet the morning. The young man balanced himself upright on his false leg and began to get dressed.
"Come on, Toothless. It's time to get up " Hiccup said drowsily and muffled under the fabric of his tunic as he slipped it over his head.
The dragon groaned tiredly and rolled over unwilling to move his lazy carcass. Angrily, Hiccup shoved the beast rather roughly in order to get his point across.
"Need I remind you, we're getting up this early to fix the mess you made last night!" He felt guilty for being so harsh and attempted to soften his words, despite his grogginess, "Now believe me I am just as tired as you, but we have to get this done as soon as possible "

The trip was hard on the young boy. The constant rocking of this giant canoe had made him dizzy. By the next morning they had arrived at the pale man's village. "Come little one." The giant man in black armor said. The boy followed seeing as he really had no other choice.
Even though the boy was scared, he was greatly relieved to be on solid ground once again. The man occasionally gave what must have been orders to his fellow villagers as he led him to wherever they were going. The boy marveled at how strong the pale man's language sounded compared to his own. How would he ever learn to understand the words was a question that plagued his mind until they came to a sudden halt.
"Welcome to my home," the giant man said to the boy. When Arngeir looked at the boy and saw confusion he continued, "I know you don't understand what I am saying but you will in time. You are to be of great use to use one day and I will train you to be the best raider yet. This is

I actually never thought of that before.
In his pondering, he ceased his hold on the boy he possessed. The person got up and tried to run. Slenderman got back to his senses and jumped to his own feet. He almost caught the boy again when I stepped out of my circle in the opposite direction. I saw my chance to escape and took it. He sensed that and turned to me, but I was too far away now. He stood there, torn on who to pursue.*
*Because of this, both the boy and myself managed to get away. This may have infuriated Slenderman.
Another, more abrupt time-lapse took place. I saw the images of myself finding hiding places in classrooms, but shortly ditching them, regardless if Slenderman was anywhere nearby. I finally found myself in a strange, blank room that reminded me of a nurse's office. I found all of the other teens from before there, lying on their backs. They were all lying on their own salt pinnacles, and I found one for myself. In time, too: Slenderman was in the open

The purple dragon had always taken the burden of leading a new-world as best as he could, but never the less it was an extremely large task for a dragon his age. There were too many responsibilities; too many things to be taken into thought. A dragon of his age could make many mistakes under such great pressure; and these were unacceptable from the one taking such a role.
"I was so irrespirable, Cyn," the purple dragon vented his emotions with the ever-kind dragoness. She looked at him with eyes of sympathy; a small sign of worry for the male upon her entire visage. As Spyro gave the dragoness a look of defeat, she inclined her neck to the side and welcomed him to sit at her side.
"Here," Cynder cooed in a sweet tone. The purple dragon moved to her left side, and then lied upon the small pile of hay with the female. As Spyro exhaled out in melancholy, the black dragoness could tell that the glimmer the dragon always held on his eyes had vanished. I
