White Court dress hat c.1775

I intended this for weddings or general fancy dress. The lace on the cockade is vintage and was formerly a doliey/coaster.

It's all hand sewn made of wool for the most part, though some of the ribbon on the cockade is modern. The button is metal with Diamantes.

One size fits all, I'm a 60 and it fits me but only just.

I am hoping to sell this on ebay if anyone is interested in it.

I was inspired to post this on DA as i have just seen IDZIT's stunning 1745-60 travelling suit [link] and i felt this would suit it to a Tee!

The cuffs haven't been trimmed yet and there aren't any buttons on the coat, but its still amazing! :D I also have a pair of American Revolution style gold epaulets that need to be put on.

Should be finished by next week. :ahoy:

Oh, I absolutely LOVE this little guy! :heart:

A commission from a friend of mine, he asked for a Mozart doll based on the movie Amadeus, which I also LOVE! :heart:

As far as 18th century-inspired dolls are concerned, this one was very simple: some ruffles, some embroidery, a couple of curls and that fluffy faux fur wig.
And you can kind of see the black ribbon that ties around his pony tail on the back. :)

My Merrill (fancy post-romance outfit!) costume from PAX Prime 2013. I couldn't do just one Merrill costume. It had to be both. I love her so hard.

Definitely needs a new wig though. :{

Super duper thanks to athane.deviantart.com/ for the photo (and all other photos taken!).

So here's my second entry for the 2010 FanArtPolooza contest that :iconthe-dreamer-fans: is holding!

I decided to make plushies! I had this idea for a long time but I finally got around to actually making them for this contest. I wanted to make all of the Revolutionary War cast so I made (left to right) Freddy Knowlton, Colonel Thomas Knowlton--with his scruffiness, Alexander Hamilton--with his freckles, Alan Warren, Beatrice Whaley, and Nathan Hale in front--with his spontoon.

Each of them are about 5 inches tall and hand sewn. They're made with stitches, felt, glue and love! Keep in mind that these are the first things I've ever sewn in my life. I've never picked up a needle and thread until last week when I started!

Each of these characters are from :iconcomic-chic:'s comic The Dreamer. If you haven't read it yet, go read it!

P.S. They look a lot better in person!
