Featuring My Friends - Part 5It's been a long, long, long time since I made an entry into the journal world. So much so that my premium membership has now run out and I'm back to 'normal' again. Not much has happened in the world of me really. I've been busy at work and that hasn't really left much time to get and about with my camera. I can't drive and the public transport system on the Isle of Wight is, shall we say, expensive to say the least. The weather also hasn't been that kind as some of you may have seen from the reports of the Isle of Wight Festival this year and that has made it harder for me to walk around without getting absolutely drenched. So remember, even if you don't have a special someone to get your freak on with, there are a million things in this world to love! Love your friends, love your family, love chocolate and sunsets and the stares you get from people when you belch loudly in public (I know I do), and above all love yourself!
I know that a lot of single people feel 'singled out' (hahaha!) on valentine's day, and I'd like to destroy this long running belief that valentine's day has to be centered around couples! So I have a challenge for you!

February Feature.Second month of the New Year... My priorities now reside in my health--mind, body and soul as well as my success in school which will be quite demanding. I'd like to use my free time for creative pursuits, but I'm just not sure how much time that will be. That being said, I may be more absent for the time being. December Update and FeatureWell I've done it...my new years resolution this year was to keep this journal updated at least once a month, and now the year has come and gone and I've made it! I can't believe how fast the time has gone by. Some of you may have noticed I'm now shooting pictures with a Nikon. I guess I must have made Santa's nice list this year as it was an early Xmas surprise for me. I'm really liking it so far, it has 36X optical zoom, full HD video, and 12.1 megapixels. I can actually chart the megapixel increases over the last 6 years exponentially by the amount of hard drive space taken up on my computer by each year's pictures folder. Last month my random features seemed to be a pleasant hit, so I've decided to try it out again this month:December Update and Feature1 year ago in Personal More Like This
