After months of coding, design, crappy illustrating and sponsor searching, I'm glad to finally present to you my latest game; Spectrum Wings! I didn't expect much from this one but I'd say this ended up being a success! At least I made enough money to pay a few months worth of rent.
In Spectrum Wings, you play the role of your galaxy's best pilot whose goal is to destroy the ultimate weapon of the evil Xenuvian empire before they can use it. An interesting feature of this weapon is that during its charging phase, which luckily takes just enough time for you to reach it before it's too late, all light reflected on a solid surface in the galaxy appears totally desaturated to the naked eye.
You can control the ship with either the mouse (which I greatly recommend) or the keyboard. Scores can be saved online and your progress is automatically saved at the end of each level.
I think making the icon (which turned out kinda crap i must say) took longer than making the game itself. It's basically guitar hero - but you play with the keys, and there's NO SOUNDS! i'm lazy when it comes to sounds.
Post your time - but practice first, may change the difficulty depending on what people say

edit: fixed a couple of huge bugs (seems some of the high scores may have been caused by an unfair advantage with the timer o.o)
As per my overlord's demands, I am uploading this one to dA for you guys to check out. I swear, it's easier than that axe throwing nightmare I submitted last time.
This one only took a few days of work to crank out between myself (leading this operation) and two other contributing artists; ~Poopgoblyn being one of them.
This game originated as a placeholder that the Applo project co-director always used when describing Minigames.
"Eeeeeyyyhh" he begins (like every sentence), "So when you get into a minigame, like scoop the poop, you go in, and you scoop the poop. But of course, that's just a dumb example, eeeeeeyyyhh, you guys can figure out something else."
Every meeting. Mentions of scoop the poop in place of whatever ideas we could come up with. So we decided to dedicate a game to his unbridled genius, and made his on-the-spot placeholder game title a reality.
An over-the-top, in your face, biblically epic reality.
Evolution sandbox game. Hunt, feed and evolve to become stronger and bigger. Killing monsters heals you, while eating dead corpses heals you and makes you evolve (45 different evolutions). Your mutations depend on what you feed on. Will you survive long enough to unlock badass evolutions?
Cube Tank Arena is an action-packed 3D shooting tank game. Across five arenas, you must blast your way though waves of minibots before taking on a challenging boss, loaded with powerful weaponry that'll turn you to scrap if you don't keep your cool. In spite of the odds, you're not completely without hope; you can rack up coinage from destroying enemies, and use the cash you upgrade your arsenal so that it will hold their own even against the champions of the arena!
Please read this I need your opinion : I started the "voice acting" in english, please, let me know if my french accent isn't too pronounced, if the voice is credible. Thanks in advance for this feed back, I really want to know in order to go on this way, or to "recruit" actors

Hello, here's the last version of Starfield 0, coming with few updates, smoother engine with lighter file, sexy particles effects on damages and explosions etc. You can now shield your ship pressing 'F' key.
Sounds bug may occur skipping the chat on the third sentence. Soon fixed.

I made this more as a tribute to the old game, for fun and as a challenge to see what I and ActionScript were capable of.
Now, if you can be bothered to read this here is some info:
In the game menu, you get to set various options that effects how the game will play.
First of all, this is a multiplayer game, so there can be any number of cannon turrets from 2 to 8. Also, to allow a bit of a challenge, you get to decide whether each cannon is a human or CPU player. Just toggle the appropriate buttons. The CPU in this game is very simple at the moment. Computer players just point and shoot at random.
Other options available... there is the border effects option that you may remember from my Target Practice game:
0 = No borders
1 = Foam (rebounds bombs, but absorbs velocity)
2 = Elastic (rebounds bombs)
3 = Flubber (rebounds bombs, but increases velocity)
4 = Wrap-Around (warps bombs between left and right boundaries)
5 = Concrete (prevent bombs leaving the screen)
In this game, you also get to set wind levels. Under normal conditions, there will be an unpredictable wind that will constantly change during the game. Wind will affect how bombs fly, adding to the challenge.
The higher you set the wind levels, the stronger it can blow and the harder it is to aim your shots.
The game works on a turn-based concept. When it's the turn of a human cannon you start the game, you control cannon with the following controls:
Left / Right = change turret angle.
Up / Down = change velocity (how hard you shoot).
Space = fire bomb.
Nuke 'em Button = self destruct... abruptly ends the game!
Number Keys 1-4 = change your current weapon, if you've made other weapons available. These can be allowed by uncrossing the appropriate boxes in the Game Menu.
Note: Cannons now have a Power gauge (HP). A cannon's firing ability is affected by how much HP it has left. When HP reaches 0, that cannon dies. Last cannon left standing wins the game.
I just added an extra Border Effect option... random! With this option, the border effects will switch randomly between bouncy walls, wrapped walls and concrete walls, a couple of seconds after each shot ends.
*AmberSpike pointed out that she was unable to mute the sounds when she wanted to... a very valid point. So I have now added a mute button in the game... it's next to the Nuke 'em button!
Just for the hell of it, I added a bit of program that makes a cannon show how much damage it suffers when it takes a hit!
The turn-based AI is now improved to make the next cannon shoot immediately the previous one's bomb explodes... so game-play is sped up. One final big edit!! I've worked on Cannon Wars and there are now several more features, including more weapons and more cannon deaths. I also added a help feature to explain the controls fully.
Final edit, I hope. The collision detection is improved on the bomb blasts, so you need to be more accurate to damage other cannons. Also, I added some more information to the Instructions feature - so hopefully everything is explained for you now!
The stick giants have long hated their kin. They are altogether an unpleasant lot who constantly war on one another. In this game your objective is to try to eliminate all your stick giant foe and dominate Stickland now and forever.
To battle on one another stick giants have developed a large range of weapons to cause maximum pain and destruction. These unique weapons comprise the lesser and much smaller stick races. The poor things get thrown, blown up, stabbed, broken and shot. Use them wisely to defeat the opposing stick giants.
All weapons can be purchased and upgraded at the end of a level. Good luck and may the God of Sticks guide you on your quest.
A flash game where you can make your own platformer game and play it. Use enemies, terrain, backgrounds, music, choice of character and even build your own winning screen to make your own platformer game PS I have fixed a few bugs with the white flashy thing and added a red one for when you get attacked. the shitty build, I'm hereby dubbing this . . . sure it may look good . . . but try working with the scripting, not to mention the number of useless ship types has tripled . . . I'll probably redo half of it, than submit it as Space Battle Simulator Build 3
although, the good news is the Dreadnought's not as tough! although it can still take and deal a lot . . .
and the Station, at close range, is more than a match . . .
things to implement in next version:
changable hanger launch rates . . .
team ships grouped together, rather than randomly placed . . .
simple fighter 'flock' behavior (completely abandoned here) . . .
