Well... Actually I was showed 3 places on the great ocean road, but I was so blinded for the first 2 then I didn't see the last one. I thought this enough to describe how they look like. The Amazing limestone stacks formation I've ever seen in Southern Hemisphere. It's fascinating.

Finding an interesting angle at a location that has been shot a million times such as Second Beach is never easy. Woke up at an ungodly (for me) hour for this one, only to find overcast skies and light rain at the end of the 1-mile trail.

I was finally in Tahoe with some clouds in the sky! It has been three or four trips but finally it happened! And I was able to get out at sunrise, even better. I am super excited about some of the photos that came from this trip. I will post more to come.

I ran down the to the beach right of off Lake Tahoe Blvd and there were these two rocks that i decided to compose around. this is one of the first shots of the day.

I blended two photos, one for the sky and one for the water and rocks. then i did some color adjustments to get the photo to what I saw down at the lake. I did a levels adjustment on color blending mode to remove the magenta cast and then sharpened using high pass. I had to clone out two boats that were right near the middle of the photo.

EDIT***4/27/09
Reworked it in LAB and sharpened and resized.

used a cokin soft x2 grad for this one. Unfortunately that is the only grad filter that I own.

EDIT***7/2/2009
Fixed the colors a bit, and sharpened a bit as well.
