What do you do when you suffer from these desolate days where all is covered in fog and rain?

Go to the mountains!

The plan was to go snowboarding and enjoying the sun on top of the highest mountain in Germany (Zugspitze, 2962m high), after weeks of sunless days down in the valley.

This panorama was made from 6 vertical shots and shows the view from the Zugspitzplatt @ approx. 2650m altitude.
