Hybrid, Chapter 10: The Fortune Teller
The Fortune Teller
June 14, 2343
The Fortune Teller slid out of her bed that early morning. She packed a few items in to bag she would need when traveling deep into the jungle. Once she finds Alexander, she'd read his mind and know his future. The question was would she see him as an Omen or an Angel?
As she entered the jungle, her rough skinned feet never stepped onto sticks, twigs, or insects. She didn't even had to look where she was stepping. Vega's sunlight beamed through the forest as she traveled. The forest was an easy place to blend in with the environment, perfect to hide Alexander.
She moved as if she were a ghost or a snake. A house was found at a clearing of the forest. The boy must be there hiding with his mother and Nadnerb. She looked around to see if anyone spotted her.
"Everything is quiet," she thought. She listened to find a voice and there wasn't. "This is too easy!" She chuckled as she enter

On the deck of a large tree house in the Chartorla rainforest, Helen, her eight year old son Alexander, and Nadnerb watched the starry night sky. Her young son showed a few traits of the Spacers; short white hair and blue eyes. His Cobain uncle Nadnerb cleaned around the kitchen as Helen took Alexander to his bedroom.
Helen looked at the sky and sighed sadly as the sky reminded her of Fabocusa. She had come from the heavens with a secret that would affect her son. The only one who kept her secret were Nadnerb and Noremac.
His wooden toys were scattered all over the floor. His open closet had some of his robes and tunics hanging on the doors. His window next to the bed was opened to let some air in. Helen folded the blankets open and he jumped into bed.
"The night sky is so beautiful," said Alexander as he was tucked in.
"It is," Helen agreed. "There is a lot to discover up there."

The Last Battle
In a room filled with glowing crystals, a tyrian reptilian man, Seiton, sat in his high throne engraved with gargoyles. His hands waved over a hovering holographic map of the Milky Way Galaxy. He laughed for black shades covered nearly all the map.
Only this star system, Navi was highlighted blue. He touched that star for interface and an image of planet Okma flickered above the map. This planet had native ships flying around it like bees warning each other of danger.
“Oh, Spacers,” the man chuckled. “All your worlds are destroyed by my touch. Your corpses are disintegrated by my footsteps. You don’t stand a chance in the universe. Now, my Titan Empire has become my galaxy against your world. You will all perish.”
A spiky armored-Titan entered the room. “Lord Seiton, my men are ready.”
His throne creaked as Seiton turned to the soldier and smiled. “Excellent, activate the relay

Helen woke up and found herself in a king-sized bed with thick warm silver blankets and pillows, and wearing a blue night gown. The bedroom had opaque glass walls, built-in light domes, a stained glass window behind her bed, and a fluffy floor. Her mind kept racing as she looked around feeling confused. The last thing she remembered was the mysterious man who saved her from her ruthless slave masters. Questions raced through her mind, where am I? How did I get here?
Then her bedroom door opened. Feeling scared, she lay back down to pretend to sleep. She carefully lifted her head up and saw a hovering metal box with a blue glowing screen and skinny jointed arms at the sides. Her eyes widened and her body froze.
The box turned and spoke, “Good morning Helen.”
Helen backed away, “Who are you and how do you know my name?”
“Apologies,” the box s

On Planet Chartorla, the Cobains were having their evening service at the Temple of Teren. They appear like humans, but as reptilian. All of them bowed and prayed in front of two statues of their gods at the altar. The priests carried bowls of food and water as they made an offering to them.
A mysterious vortex appeared at the altar and Helen emerged. Her skin covered in smoke, her gown torn, and eyes watered in need for air. The Cobains froze in fear as if she was their goddess. She stood in fear as well, not knowing who they were. They bowed to her and faced the floor for fear of disrespecting her.
Helen screamed and collapsed on the floor, a reaction to another painful contraction. A head priest named Noremac and her teenage son Nadnerb got everyone out of the temple to begin the delivery. Noremac said as they went up to her, "Dear Goddess, we will help you."
Helen couldn't believe she was called a goddess. She looked at

The early morning, Helen and Alpha woke up and headed to the ship. She was very excited to go see him again, only this time she looked like a Spacer. She felt her heart beating fast as they launched out of Earth’s orbit and flew passed Mars and dodged through the asteroid belt. Alpha did a small lecture on each planet they encountered in the outer solar system.
As they approached Pluto, Alpha pushed a button and a strange rod emerged from the floor of the cockpit. A green holographic screen appeared above the rod showing the map of the Milky Way. He typed in a few codes to select their destination.
“Ok Helen,” said Alpha. “There is a transporting portal orbiting around the moon that would take us to our destination.”
“Where are we heading?” Helen asked.
“We are heading to Pandora, the Spacers’ capital world,” he said. “You are g

Alpha woke Helen up the very next morning for a walk into the jungle. He kept going into every single detail about planets and moons in each star system. They were so in depth that it was hard for her to keep up. She knew that getting caught by other Spacers would get her in danger leading to serious consequences.
Then Alpha found that she wasn’t paying attention, felt embarrassed, and said, “Oh dear, I am sorry! Did my details get you confused?”
“There is so much I don’t understand and your lectures were too fast for me,” she shook her head.
“Oh sorry,” Alpha apologized. “I believe it would be better if I show you.”
“Show me what?” she asked.
“Well the planets of course!” Alpha waved his arm toward a green object the size of a large cart with metal wings on the back.

Helen's Diary: Part 3
May 14, 2348
Alexander woke up and brushed his teeth, put on some work clothes and went out to the garden where he removed a ton of weeds and flowers. He couldn't wait to hear what would happen as Helen met Fabocusa again. He enjoyed hearing about her story in space. By listening to her diary, he wondered if their fate was related to the fate of the Spacers.
"Hey Alice, I thought it was very exciting when my mother got to meet my father for the first time," said Alexander.
"And just in the nick of time," Alice added. "I can see that you are looking forward to find out what might happen next."
"This makes me feel good," he said.
"Let's find out after you run an errand for me," she said.
Excellent! Hey Alex, can you do me a big favor?"
"I thought you want me to pull weeds again," he said.
"I changed my mind," she said. "I have already ordered ten pieces of o

Ash and Misty Chapter 41 - Shopping
After getting dressed, Misty and Ash put their old clothes into their bags. They zipped up their bags, put their backpacks on their backs, and walked out the door, shutting it behind them. They met up with Daisy, Lilly, and Violet as the boat stopped. They flew forward, but they were now used to it and landed amazingly on their feet.
"Killian Region, ho!" Ed's voice rang.
The group got off the boat, and onto the dock. Some people took their bags and took them to their Island Houses. Ash looked around. He saw tons of palm trees, an amazing, blue, sparkling ocean, and many malls and buildings of all sorts.
"Ooh! Like, let's hit the mall!" Lilly exclaimed.
"Like, let's go!" Daisy said, sprinting to the nearest mall, Lilly and Violet be

Ash finally snapped out of his trance to see that Misty was on a metal bench a small distance away, digging through the shopping bag. He hussled over to the bench and plopped himself next to her.
"What are you looking for?" He asked, leaning in slightly to looking into the bag.
"The Pokemon. Don't you think it's sick that they sell them?" She asked, "Ah-Ha! Found them." She said, pulling out the box holding the Pokeballs.
"I was just thinking the same thing. But it wasn't there long, and it was the last one. Or the only one..."
"Well, let's see what type of Pokemon they are." Misty's face beamed, "The box says there is a boy and a girl; the girl's in the Premier Ball and the boy's in the Premier Ball that has a small sticker on it." She ripped the Pokeballs out of the box and checked for the one with a sticker, which she gave to Ash.
Ash didn't get any time to respond, Misty had already pressed the button to release her Pokemon. Ash quickly did the same

"Do you have an apointment?" The desk keeper asked.
"No, but Misty's leg hurts and we have no idea why." Ash answered.
