You are cramped, too warm, blind, and it feels like your heart will never slow down. It's been in your throat for as long as you can remember, and you are sure they can hear you.
They are everywhere. And the one alien you need right then is nowhere to be seen.
Another one goes gliding silently by you, and despite the heat, you feel an aching cold pass through your stomach and you curl up even tighter, trying to disappear.
Where could he be? He promised to keep you safe. "I would take a bullet for you." He had said, holding your hand to his chest. "I really would. Both hearts. You're going to be fine. I'm going to get you out of here."
That's what he said before they dragged him away. And you would be worried about him, except the creatures have been whispering, and panicking about an escaped prisoner, and you can still understand them. So he is alive. Free. Conscious. Alright.
So why hasn't he come for you already?
And why haven't they found you yet? It's not like y

When The Doctor first met Sarah Jane in his Third regeneration, he thought she was absolutely perfect in every way.
From the way she smiled to the way she helped him, just thinking of the budding journalist made both his hearts flutter with utter contentment.
Right now, The Doctor was in his Eleventh regeneration and currently dreaming of his Sarah Jane.
But all the miles that separate
Disappear now when I'm dreaming of your face
The Doctor sighed in his sleep, dreaming of Sarah Jane being in his arms, forever, just her and him, the way it should have been.
I'm here without you baby
But you're still on my lonely mind
I think about you baby
And I dream about you all the time
This wasn't the first time he'd dreamt about Sarah, he has sometimes dreamt about her when he least expected it.
Sometimes he didn't

" are you in there? Ready to go?" comes the Doctor's voice through your bedroom door. "I've found this great new planet- it has no sun! The warmth comes completely from the planet's core, and the entire planet is self-sustaining-- you've got to come on!"
His words make very little sense at first as you roll over, groaning. Your whole body aches, and your head is pounding. You have been sleeping for eight hours and it feels like you ran a marathon.
"can I come in?" Comes the Doctor's voice around the door as his words filter back into your consciousness.
"Yes." You croak, your voice scratchy and throat hurting.
His head pokes around the door and his vibrant expression immediately falls. He comes over to your bed and sits next to you, smoothing his cool hand across your brow.
"Are you alright?" He asks, brow furrowed in concern.
You shake your head. "I don't feel well." You mumble, enjoying his cooler body temperature as his fingers trace across your f

You look up, your eyes falling on the solid form of a human body nearby, the voice issuing from it soft and earnest. "It is just like regenerating."
You look down, figiting as the artificial lights blink past you, the empty bus taking you back to what is supposed to be home. "How did you know?" You ask, not meeting his eyes.

You hear a soft rustle of clothing as he moves from where he's sitting across the bus to sit next to you, waiting patiently until you are ready to talk. You've given up on guessing how he gets around so well, after all, he didn't park the TARDIS on the bus, and you just accept his presence, grateful that you and the lonely bus driver aren't the only ones out in the middle of the night.

It's late at night and you can't sleep. It's not that you aren't tired, in fact, you are downright exhausted, it's just that after everything your mind just won't settle down.
Sitting up on the edge of your bed, the room the TARDIS has given you suddenly feels cold and alien- even though it is an exact replica of the room you have back home. It's just that time of night and the frustration in your exhausted body that makes the normally homey place anything but.
You find yourself fighting back tears of frustration and you feel trapped. You are on a ship that can go anywhere and you can go no where. You can't even escape your tangled thoughts in the sweet shelter of sleep.
The room is colder than normal, you are sure of it, and when your bare feet touch the floor it seems like the TARDIS is intentionally trying to make you uncomfortable with the frigid temperature of the floorboards.

He came back to the stables where I had been patiently waiting and told me his plans. I could feel the radiation as it ravaged each cell of his body. He was in great pain which I tried to help with but could only do so much. He needed to regenerate but he was holding back and refusing.
"Doctor, do you even realize how many companions you have had in your past?"
"Yes and I want to see how each of them is doing. All I'm asking is for you to help me, TARDIS. You shouldn't have too much trouble. Lock onto their bio-signatures and materialize."
"You're going to hold off your regeneration until I do this, aren't you?"
His silence answered my question. I reluctantly started the procedure by locking on to each bio-signature I could find. My fear was growing with each minute that passed as he held off the regenerative process. We r

You stared at the small wrapped box in your hands, second guessing yourself about whether or not you should give it to him. Almost a year ago, the madman had invited you into his blue box and almost a year ago, your life had been turned upside down.
Today was Valentine's day and you had been planning your gift for him ever since Christmas. The TARDIS had even helped you, surprisingly since the Doctor had said that the TARDIS rarely likes any of his companions, but she liked you.
At the start of January, you and the Doctor had stopped at a 7089 AD "street" market on a space ship. The Doctor had wandered off, mumbling something about buying a new fez and you wandered off in the opposite direction, having noticed a cloth vendor.
You had the nice woman (at least you thought it was a woman, it was hard to tell) make you a special fabric for the gift you had planned. After purchasing it, you had tucked it under your jacket and gone off to find the Doctor. When you arrived on the TARDIS, you

He growled as he tried to reach a button too far away to reach, his foot keeping another button pressed on the other side of the control panel. You reached the button for him, giving him a 'fly-this-thing-properly' glare before moving a bit away again.

The wind, unseen and carrying a thousand myths within its tendrils, sculpts the largest glaciers and softens the hardest rock, yet it is seen as a nuisance in modern society.
Life can even grow in the tiniest of crooks in a brick wall, miniscule cells duplicating and multiplying into something magnificent that will break free of its original home, reaching to the sky and spreading its leaves, yearning for more of the life-giving light in the blue abyss above.
But then it all depends on your definition of beauty.
Because right now, gazing upon your face like the sun which caressed it so softly, the Doctor could think of nothing more wonderful or full of beauty in this world or any other, because you always looked sweetest when you didn't know he was

So wrong...the tenth incarnation of the Doctor repeated in his head. This was so wrong...
He was being pushed against the iconically blue door of the TARDIS, a pair of hands gripping the front of his brown pinstriped suit, forcing his mouth against someone else's, someone he knew all too well. The Master.
So wrong...yet he found himself kissing back with enthusiasm he didn't know he had, then eventually parting his lips slightly, letting the other's tongue in his mouth.
The kiss broke apart after a few moments, both gasping for air. For but a second, the Doctor was able to see logic through the confusion filling his head.
"St...stop..." He murmured, his voice rough. He raised his arms to push him away, but the Master pressed the other Time Lord's wrists against the door of the TARDIS.
He threw his head back against the TARDIS with a sharp groan, torn between resisting or giving in.
The Master took the unintentional invitation and started pressing kisses to th

You ran downstairs as fast as you could, grabbing your coat and throwing on a pair of boots as you practically threw yourself out the back door, standing at the fence bordering the field as you waited, anxiously flicking your nails.
Within seconds, a figure appeared from the blue glowing box and paused, seeing you standing there watching, and just visible in the darkness, smiled.
Your expression was blank as your eyes watered. This was too much.

Your less-than-murmured response was enough to stop him being so happy.

You turned away, moving your hands off the fence when he went to hold them.

He squashed down his fatherly instincts, knowing neither of the older people above him would care what he thought, and not willing to be the recipient of further superior smirks. He followed Amy down the lower level corridor.
