Stick figure version of the Minute Men photo from Watchmen. I wanted to do this for ages, and it was my brothers birthday last Wednesday, so I used this design for his card.
Also because I wanted to draw MothMan.
Actually, my favourite here is Hooded Justice, who is the Biggest Stick Man EVAR. And Dollar Bill the Tallest Stick Man EVAR- I tried to stick with the relative heights of the characters.
Can't see much of Comedian, which is probably a good thing.
Before I drew this, I was doodling lots of test figures of all the characters to try and get some idea of how to simplify the costumes, so I might put them up later.
Oh well, my bro liked his card anyway. And his copy of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. :)

Alternate alternate title: LOL RAEP TIEM!

Hahahaaa, these guys are my canon!OTP. <3 I'm thoroughly convinced that the whole 1:25:4 theory is FOR THE FUKKIN' TRUTH. :D I'm also equally sure that in that very panel they were discussing their imminent vacation to Haiti, which they departed for the day before certain... tragic events. XD

yay! the minutemen are up! they are ordered left to right in the sequence they were drawn. you can tell towards the end my style began to change, and the characters were stretched out a little.

once again, the comedian is my favorite, i think. his pose speaks volumes. plus that snotty little smile..
i tried to reflect their personalities in their expressions. hope you enjoy!

oh! BTW, they are true to the comic's original representation of them, not the movie.

watchmen belongs to dave gibbons and alan moore

well...I don't know if this is a good idea...let see:

1-Cinderella: Rorschach (is cinderella, sorry but the only guys homeless are animals), Nite owl II and Nite Owl I

2-Tarzan: isn't obvious!

3-The belle and the beast: I know, Silk Spectre really doesn't like Hooded Justice, but look sooo cute! (but I like more Hooded Justice and Captain Metropolis) and the Comedian is relly like Gaston

4-Mulan: Silhouette-this was only for the hair cut and the man's clothes! don't hurt me!

5-The Hunchback of Notre Dame: Ozymandias is Frodo...what?

6-Dollar Bill is alice (wonderland), Captain Metropolis is Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) and Mothman is Sally Ragdoll (Nigthmare before christmas), hey! I search charcters for this guys but I don't find it so, I do what everybody was do it! Draw they in dress!!!

Serious Sam Propaganda Poster - Headless Kamikaze

This is one of a series of posters I produced for the Video Game Serious Sam 3 - BFE (Website - serioussam.com/ -- Trailer - www.youtube.com/watch?v=LoNFAy… ) coming out this summer (2011) on PC and out in the Fall on X-Box Live. Produced by Devolver Digital & Croteam.

These were propaganda posters that will appear in the game as recruitment posters for Lord Mental the arch Nemesis of Serious Sam the Hero of the Game.

These Posters were produced fully in Photoshop and were designed to be 24"x36" in size. The colour scheme for the poster series is inspired by the colours of the actual game play and from the setting which is War Torn Egypt in the future.

The Design is inspired by Russian Constructivism and or War Posters from WW1 & WW2

This poster specifically revolved around the Headless Kamikaze characters which are an enemy of Serious Sam. They charge at you with a Bomb in each hand and explode when they get close to you. As with most propaganda posters there is a surreal feeling and a feeling of godliness being portrayed about the homeland. So for this specific poster I wanted to get the feeling of really being charged by a relentless creature.

This poster was specifically featured at PAX-East in Boston (2011) at the Devolver Digital Booth to reveal some of the new Indie Games from them.

This poster was also featured on the Join Mental Website www.serioussam.com/joinmental/ and at the end of the Promotional Video "The Headless Kamikaze : Screams of Glory" which is featured on the website.
