This is a one of a kind original drawing. It is drawn on high quality watercolour paper and measures 3.5" x 5".
It is a Zendoodle featuring a flower in black and white. Creating Zendoodles is totally unpredictable and random which is why I love them so much. I have no idea when I begin what the finished item will look like! This piece is therefore totally original and one of a kind.
This is an ACEO- a miniature piece of art work. It is a Zendoodle featuring a cupcake in black and white with a red cherry on top. It is drawn in black and red ink on white watercolour paper. The contrasting red cherry really stands out, I loved making this ACEO!
ACEOs are miniature pieces of art, at only 2.5\" x 3.5\" they fit in trading card sleeves and are therefore highly collectible, and an affordable way to own original artwork. They can be mounted and framed or stored away safely in your collection. They also make lovely unique gifts (popped inside a greetings card perhaps, very easy to post!) and bookmarks!

Woohooo! The first deviation since...2008? The worst art block ever! I hope it's over now
Well here is my first zendoodle (or zentangle or whatever you want to call it) pattern design. I used Sakura pigma microns on A4 paper. This kind of doodling, or any kind of doodling is so fun and relaxing. I spent with this about 20 hours and many days. One or two patterns per day. So fun! More to come!
This drawing was started over 4 years ago, my most ambitious project to date.. many things have happened since starting drawing this - unfortunately one of those was losing interest in finishing it.
This has taken over 60 hours (I really haven't taken 4 years to draw this, I gave up 3.9 years ago and then started again last week)
This piece has been through 4 girlfriends, 1 job, 3 houses, various lifestyle changes..
I'm so happy that it's finished though!!!
Size is A1 (sorry Americans, don't know the size in your crazy culture.. basically huge!) and apologies for the scan - it's very hard to scan in 4 parts on the largest scanner you can find.. A3 there are some parts that don't match up - I'll have to scan it again properly there's parts that are darker than the rest too..
I'm not sure when to start the next one, I've attached the paper to the drawing board already - but seeing as how I've now been here for 5 years, I'm guessing that the next one will be another 5 years down the line!
Thanks to everyone for their support on this, for prodding me to finish it!
Enjoy, please, this is a (in my honest opinion) great piece of art
