Take air into your lungs and savor it, roll it on your tongue and taste the smoke, the flowers, the rain.
Taste life. Accept it; hold on to it, because it is fleeting.
Because now, you're fragile, you're naïve. You can live.
Scream at the top of your lungs for all the things you love and everything you hate. Embrace it all, take it in like sunlight to chloroplasts and let it give you life.
Laugh like no one's looking, no one's watching and spread your arms wide, spin in circles until the world's a blur and you're all that's stable, because you are, you are.
Love life now, smile and let the sadness go because it's dragging you down, like an iron anchor to your ankle and this depression is the ocean, and you are sinksinkskining in it all, but you don't have to. Give in, go with the flow; be swept up with the undertow and let it fall off like too many worries clogging up your brain.
Climb the roof and stand up to embrace the sunrise, kiss the cloud
