The school year is off to a good enough start. Back on the casketball team again. I am still being overshadowed by that
DoucheDeuce Gorgon guy. Issac DeVile tells me he's really a 'nice' guy, but I don't agree. Anybody standing in my way to the top is on my 'take down' list. Technically, this means Clawd is too. Issac says my attitude is a sure way not to make captain next year.
More love letters. Every few days I get letters in my locker from some ghouls. I don't get why. It's not like I ever talk to them. I can't stand most ghouls. Too complicated. If they can 'like' me without knowing me, I can dislike them without knowing them. I am fine without a ghoulfriend, thanks! Never had one, never will.
I got sent to the Headless Mistress today. I didn't eat enough at lunch so I was really pissed off and this stupid substitute creature tried to tell me I couldn't eat in class. He took away my food. He took. My food. Wendigo are greedy

O bloody hell! I knew that my first Day at Monster High wouldn't be scary cool, but I still had hope that it won't be as Bad. Okay let me tell You more about it
So my dad, Devil sent me to this school. He wants me to learn to be more social monster. Is it that bad that I'd rather choose alone walk in Skellington's park than go to the Horrifying Cool Cinema with a couple of skelletons and ghouls? It's not my fault that I am who I am. Nobody can change me.
Okay I should focus more on the first Day here, right?
The day started as bad as it only could. My alarm clock in iCoffin didn't ring on time so when I woke up and took a look on its screen, my eyes almost poped out of the orbits. IT WAS 8:55 already!! Bloody Hell! I was sooo late. I hurried up myself as much as I could, took really fast shower (still not sure if I hadn't remnants of shaving foam on my jaw when I arrived to school) put on some ripped jeans and white "rock 'n horror Britania" t-Shirt and went out o

Slowly Karin opened her eyes. She was in her room, on her bed, surrounded by people! Blinking her eyes, she slowly sat up, and the people in her room came into a better focus. Yuzu was there, Toshiro was there, Hana and Ami and Ryohei and Heita and Kei and Kazuya were there, and everyone else in her class was there. Did did something happen? she asked. Her sister handed her a glass of water and stroked her hair.
You fainted right in the middle of class! Heita exclaimed.
Yeah, it was so sudden! You just slid out of your chair! Yuzu said a worried look on her face. Daddy already looked at you, and he said that youre fine. I was really worried! You just wouldnt respond or anything!

This was very different from home. But she would have to get used to it, the sooner, the better...
Toshiro Hitsugaya was not a happy camper. In fact, he was extremely unhappy. This fact could be blamed on several things. Firstly, it was Saturday, and nine in the morning at that, which, by his standards, was definitely way too early to be up. Secondly, he was awakened by a shrill voice of one and only Rangiku Matsumoto accompanied by all of his other beloved cousins, and for the size of this godforsaken town, that was way too many girls for him to handle. Well and thirdly, there was a girl sleeping in a room next to his.
Yes, Toshiro thought grimly, today was definitely not going to be his day.
Karin Kurosaki was, in fact, not that happy either. She was sitting in her bed, freshly waked up, with quite a severe jet lag, and surrounded by rather large gathering of unfamiliar teenage girls.
"Hi Karin," sounded a familiar voice from the door and after she focused her blurry sight,

Oh! We have new neighbors. Again. I've lost count of how many times neighbors just up and leave or vanish. But, these guys seem pretty okay. I think they are a manticore husband and wife. Sometimes I see Dad staring out the window at them I hope he's not thinking of doing what I think he is!

A moan, a body moving underneat the sheets of a bed, a bedroom half dark, half lighted by the small first sunbeams that went through the curtains, an alarm clock vibrating and ringing loud standing on the top of a woodened bedside table, indicating 6:30 AM, a hand coming from under the sheets searching for the damn alarm clock, found it but now to find the damn button to shut it
"Oh shut up already...!" said a female voice as she grabbed the alarm clock and instead of looking for the button, she threw it to the floor, which made it shut up the moment it hit the floor. Not too soon after that the figure underneat the sheets relaxed, curling around the sheets in a more comfortable way, making up plans to go back to sleep

Every time I fall asleep, that same dream appears. The bloody queen's cackle as my mother looks into my eyes. Her head rolling from the chopping block in front of me and my father. The queen laughing at me trying to get to my mother. I hate having that dream. It was all my fault she died, and my father makes that well known. Last night, I went to sleep expecting another dream of the same event, but it didn't happen. Instead of bloodshed and violence, I got a benevolent dream. This one had me in a golden wheat field. My clothes are flowing in the wind and I'm able to see out of both eyes. I hear my name called and I go running to it. It's a soothing call and it's a bit of laughter as well. When I get close enough I see someone with fair, blondish hair. I get a bit closer to have her turn and I can't see a face but I can hear her voice.
"Ban, don't be afraid of me," she says.
I am hesitant to trust this mysterious woman. I can't seem to know what she looks like, but when sh

I ran through the town, completely lost now, but I didn't care as long as I was far away from him. So many people...not sure where I was going I kept walking, looking for a way out.
Suddenly, I hear music. Music? Aroubd here? I blink and look around and see a man in a gray fedora, white shirt with a gray vest over it and striped pants, lightly strumming a guitar, sitting down, back against the wall. As i got closer i could vlwaely see tomato guts staining his shirt on his chest. I could see more tomato on his face and in his hair and more all around him on the ground.
He looked sad. On the right side of him was a pink..sweater..? I wasn't sure what it was. Moving towards him I called,"Hey! Are you okay?"He looked over as I stopped in front of him."Uh..."He blinked."Yeah..I'm fine.."He scrambled to his feet and I can now see how tall he is. I'm atleast a foot and a half shorter than him.
Pneumonia and Pancakes Chapter 2They left him to sleep. However, not long after they left he started to get really fussy. His black hair stuck to his child like face. He started to cry. He held his chest tightly. His chest started to hurt more and more. He was having a lot of trouble breathing and no one was around. He was scared.Pneumonia and Pancakes Chapter 23 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
He pounded on his chest trying to cough or breathe or something. He was starting to feel dizzy and was starting to get more upset.
"Bean pole," he heard the voice of the Lorax, "Jeeze I leave you alone for a few minutes . . ."
The teenager just continued his futile struggle. "Help . . . please . . ." he wheezed.
"See if you cut down too many trees everybody's going to feel like this." The Lorax said patting the teen's back trying to calm him down.
The Once-ler tried to force a smile but failed as he continued to cry. He curled onto his side trying to keep his breathing under control. The Lorax took one of his hands. "Do you want something to drink?'
He got a small nod.
Pneumonia and Pancakes Chapter 3By the time tomorrow had rolled around the fever was definitely worse. The light freckling of his cheeks was hidden by the feverish flushing. The Thneed was actually really useful, to the Lorax's surprise. The Lorax gently lifted a glass with a straw up to his lips. He'd squeezed a little bit of juice from the Truffula Tree's berries and watered it down a little.

He noticed the young human's eyes trying to open. He was able to drink a little before falling back again. His eyebrows knit themselves together.
"Here come on sit up again bean pole, come on," he said offering him the cool sweet water again. He was able to get a little more into the boy.
Once-ler gave a little groan. "Thanks Mustache," he attempted a small smile.

Despite the poor reception he had received today, Once-Ler found himself in an undeniably giddy mood as he strode back to his wagon. He was whistling lightheartedly as he packed up all his belongings, jumping upwards and taking the reins. He couldn't really explain why he was feeling this way; after all, when he thought about it, his day in town had been just as awful and unsuccessful as always. For whatever reason, though, he was feeling decidedly confident that, soon enough, things would get better.
After all, he had a chance now. Now that he had talked to Norma earlier today, he knew for sure that she took him seriously. Or at least was polite enough to pretend so, anyway. As long as he had her attention, he would have a potential customer. And if he managed to sell her a thneed, then maybe everyone else would finally just...wake up. If he could just manage to start some kind of chain reaction among

Once-ler walked by in the hallway of his growing factory. Still thinking of what The Lorax had said to him, 'Bad? I am not bad ' he thought to himself.
"Psst." Someone made the noise beside him. He turned but there was no one there except the reflection in the mirror. He checked his hair from under his fedora, then he saw his green gardening gloves change into long gloves that went up to his forearm. He looked down at his arms and he saw his same gloves he always wears, he started to freak out. He looked back into the mirror and saw himself but he was in a green suit that he only dreamed of wearing. The man was a few inches taller and had an evil grin covering his face. "Do you know who I am Oncie?" He asked.
"No-no not exactly " Once-ler fought back the scream and the assumption that he's gone crazy.

Everyone had been searching for Pipsqueak for two hours now.
Once-ler, the Lorax and some of the animals, including Sun-Ray, were looking on the west side of the valley near the mountains.
They had been calling and shouting for Pipsqueak till their voices were nearly hoarse.
"I hope everyone else is having better luck than we are," Lorax said, looking in every little hiding spot the little Barbaloot could be.
Once-ler just nodded as he too looked around hoping to find Pipsqueak before the storm came in.

The Once-ler was 90 years old when he died. It was a fine day, the date was April 25 2012. He and Ted had been friends for 6 years, Ted is now a strapping young man of 18. After they replanted all of the trees Ted kept coming to visit. Even though he didn't need to. He would come over and help the old man clean, or just give him some company.

Aislinn slowly opened her eyes. She was greeted by the sight of a shirtless Once-ler, still laying on his back, with his mouth slightly opened. She would have giggled, but the face of the fuzzy orange creature jumping up and down on the bed, made her stop.
"Come on Beanpole!" the Lorax said urgently. "Wake up!"
Aislinn sat up in the bed, looking concerned.
"Lorax, what's wrong?" she asked.
The Lorax jerked in surprise and looked at Aislinn; a look of relief washing over his fuzzy face.
"Thank God you're up!" he said, stopping his jumping. "I've been trying to wake up Beanpole, but I seemed to have woken you up instead."
Aislinn rubbed her sleepy eyes.

Once-ler then picked up a rolled and tied up mattress and blanket which he unrolled and laid on to a metal bodied bed. "Well, that's one thing done but now it's time I made a start on my Thneed." Once-ler then looked out a window to see his sack of Truffula tufts were still outside.
Suddenly, Once-ler gasped and nearly fell back as he felt something touch him at his stomach. It was the young Bar-Ba-Loot, Pipsqueak, he had mistaken as the post to hold down his tent-like cottage.
"Hey there, little guy." Once-ler cooed softly as he reached out and gently ruffled Pipsqueak's tuft of fur upon his head. Pipsqueak giggled and barked with joy as his little tail wagged side to side. "Heh, you sure are cute in your Bar-Ba-Loot suit." Once-ler beamed from ear to ear as h

"Is that you Ted?" A voice asked from behind the door.
Since Once-ler was old and by himself, with practically no one to help him. The Lorax had decided to be a guardian not only to the trees but to Once-ler as well. This duty included greeting any potential guests. As his guardian, the Lorax was very protective of Once-ler. If anyone came to visit him, he would assess whether they meant any harm to Once-ler.
"Yeah" Ted replied.
"Alright come in. You know the drill, open the door yourself." The Lorax lectured him.
Ted turned the knob, opened the door and walked in. He turned to the Lorax whispered his idea for Once-ler to reveal his birthday by reading his horoscope and the Lorax nodded once to show he understood.

Despite their height differences, he often felt himself looking up to her. He often admired her courage to speak her mind and never regret her decisions, no matter how bad they might have been.
Once-ler had been debating with himself for weeks on whether or not he should tell her about his feelings. He finally decided it had to be done. It has been two weeks, and to say visiting his past self was a good thing may or may not have been a lie. Like he had told the other him, no mere hussy could give him satisfaction. Not that he really ever gave said 'hussies' a chance, but that's only because he knew the eventual outcome. That's where he started to question himself.
Did he really know they would do nothing pleasure wise? Or did he purposely make himself think so? The Once-ler sat in his large velvet chair, slouched down, staring (honestly it was more like glaring) at the seed he brought home with him, the reminder. He kept pondering over these thoughts even though now it didn't matter. Even if what he said to dear little Oncie was a lie, it wasn't any longer.
What happened on that trip to the past changed him, and he is still not sure whether to be angry at himself (both of them) or pleased. No matter what he did he could not get his mind off of the innocent younger version of him. He growled in

In Val's dreamer perspective, she could see that night already reigned over the sky and herself was sitting on a rock near Once-ler's house. She heard the window next to her squeak open, revealing Once-ler himself.
