Isaka Shinkuro, has risen from the dead as a black lantern, seeking destruction throughout Futo City. Seriously, after this guy dies in episode 36 of Kamen Rider W, that idea came out of my mind.
There are other deceased Kamen Rider characters that will RISE as black lanterns; like Ryubee Sonozaki (Terror Dopant), that grasshopper girl (Hopper Dopant) from Kamen Rider W (episode 37-38), King/Bishop/Rook (Kamen Rider Kiva), Fangires, Imagins, Worms, Undead, Shadow Moon, Apollo Geist, and many more...

Look at all them Vexors! From foreground to background: Final Gaohm, Emperor Gaohm, and ....his truest form (that baby alien thing with the red eye lol).
Unlike Big Bad Beetleborgs where you see his...'badass' form (lol) for only one episode, you basically see this form for about two-thirds of the Juukou B-Fighter show. And his true form....was never shown on Beetleborgs, but did for like one episode on Juukou B-Fighter and a little bit on B-Fighter Kabuto (as a flashback).
A kaijin with heightened strength and agility; Spider Man was responsible for the capture of Takeshi Hongo, who would later become the first Kamen Rider. Like a spider, he can shoot out powerful strands of webbing to capture or strangle his victims along with shooting darts from his mouth that contain enzymes that liquefy his target on contact. Chasing after Hongo and Professor Midorikawa, Spider Man bugged Ruriko in hopes she would lead him to her father, killing the man with Hongo taking the blame. After abducting Ruriko, Spider Man would be killed by Kamen Rider #1 with his "Rider Kick". He was later resurrected by Shocker as part of the Revived Kaijin Army before being destroyed by Tokageron's special bomb. Spider Man also made a brief return appearance in the monster army of the Kamen Rider vs Shocker movie, but didn't actually have an active participation there.
