I am now back home from a whirlwind autumn tour that took me from the High peaks of the Adirondacks through Vermont and finally to the mountains of West Virgina. I spent 20 days on the road leading 2 week long photo workshops and shooting personal work. The color was so-so this year in New England coming on early and strong, but ending in muted colors after tropical storm Nicole blew up the coast and hammered new England. Over the next several weeks I will be sharing new work from my travels, so stay tuned!

Caught some amazing light under the Court of the Patriarchs the other morning in Zion National Park. I will be in the park for another 2 days and then heading over to Page for 5 days of shooting on the sandstone and in the slots!

From an amazing afternoon hiking the Virgin River Narrows. The Cottonwoods were at peak in most sections of the inner canyon and the reflected light was wonderful. Thanks for your comments! Joe
