It's been a big while since Bay's been ready. So it was about time I got its picture here ^^.
Bayleef is one of my favorite pokémon, and this build was great. It's a straight forward build, but the leaf can be a problem, if there's nothing to prevent it from collapsing (just like Chiko's leaf). The solution was to insert a paperclip inside it, making a "bone structure" for it. It's been 6 months and the leaf is exactly where I glued it, so it works
Thanks a lot to for editing this beautiful model. Look for it at Paperpokés [link] in a couple months ^^ !
And finally, here is the remaining evolution for Charmander. It's been a long time coming, and I find it rather satisfying when we complete a set.
I found it to significantly easier than Charizard was, but then again, I am finding it increasingly more challenging, with each model I complete, to gauge a model's difficulty level in relation to a novice's abilities.
This one definitely needs a counter balance attached to it's lower tummy, because of it's cool action stance, but a penny is more than enough.
Many thanks go to the expertise of POdragon. I have no idea when this will be released, but hopefully sooner rather than later.
Wow, it seems like ages since I made a Paperpokés model. This is one that I've wanted to do for a while, this one, and the other pink ones - Clefairy and Wigglytuff. I know! I hate pink, but these particular Pokémon are just too cute. I have to confess that I have a soft spot for all the round girly ones!
And how adorable is this one? It's standing soundly on one foot!!! Well, with the help of two 5 cent coins, anyways (yes, one was not enough, lol).
Again, the curl was tortuous - they all are - so I would recommend that definitely build this in front of the PDO. I am terribly sorry for any Mac users, as there really is no way to explain how to put the curl together without the visual aid of the Pepakura file.
I honestly have no idea when this will be scheduled on Paperpokés [link] , but I think this one is going on the top of my Christmas tree!
Many thanks go to for whipping this out (at breakneck speed) at my request - such a good friend for being so patient with me and indulging my whims.
Another water pokemon! :3 It was about time I built this little, spherical guy! Don't you just want to squeeze it? Anyway, I think that my next build will be a water pokemon as well... Wanna try and guess?
As usual, you'll find it on our Paperpokés website [link] as soon as it gets a free spot!

It was about time someone arrested this little mischievous fellow!!! Here it is, our Paperpokés pikachu - version no 2! Man, he's mischievous indeed: I reached vers. 7 while modyfing this model!!! I had to rework the 3D model for the hands and feet, and now they're definitely better (and buildable! ). Tiny fingers are still tiny, but blame gamefreaks for giving pika 5 full-fledged fingers per hand! (note: pichu has only a thumb, and raichu has no fingers AT ALL!!! Poor raichu!) I also changed its body appearence to make it look more like the anime pikachu. Hope it worked! Say a big thanks to Brandon too bec he did a splendid job in simplifying the original model! Thanks Bran!!!
