My second entry for the EVE: Online Contest - I had too much fun creating the first one [link] so I did this...(I guess more will follow ). Its 924m long So this is either a Amarr battleship or a destroyer ... or a mining ship - I don't know However this is powered by solar energy (no polution ) --- Critique and comments are welcome.
So my 3rd Spaceship for the EVE Onine Contest - I just can't stop making spaceships Another Amarr design from me this time a 621m long spaceship. Hope you like it ! --- Comments and critique is welcome.
My Completed the Entry for the Eve Online contest, submission 1, the Amar Savior Recon Battlecruiser. The Savior is based upon the hugely sucessful Prophecy Class Battlecruisers, with more of an emphasis on Recon and ECW systems. The front wing vanes act as a cloaking field and sensor jammer projectors for the ship. An variant of the Savior exists, known as the Templar Assault Battlecruiser. Images of that ship will be posted soon.
I was inspired by the bronze sword in the textbook of History of Chinese arts and Crafts. However, due to the time and technical reasons, many texture patterns can not be made, such as the pattern called “tao tie” which is a kind of animal-mask emblazonry in traditional Chinese culture. Amarr is a feudal empire with religious tradition. I tried my best to stress this kind of style; however, many excellent ideas can not be realized on the vessel.
Introduction to vessel
Indication Battle Ctuiser
Indication Battle Ctuiser reflects the philosophy of war of the Amarr. They have heavy armoring and advanced weapon system, which enable the balance of attack and defense. The electronic system and shield of cruiser do have some limitation, however, with the help of new technology Jove, the cruiser have faster cruise speed and smaller signature radius than other vessels at same level. Moreover, the Battle Cruiser was titled with “battlefield magician” for the application of kinds of weapon system.
Or，My English is suck, if I can use Chinese it would better.
360 fly-around animation -> [link] (Bigger version of my Avatar)
I've tried to duplicate Amarr design aesthetic while introducing some original elements. I know most Amarrian ships are symmetrical, but there are some notable exceptions such as the Aeon and Crucifier, so I decided to take a chance in the hope of creating something more interesting.
Project "Thor". A new Minmatar battleship design created by shipbuilders of the Sebiestor tribe.
I've put a lot of work into this model, sculpting and refining it since the start of the contest. (didn't do it ALL the time, of course) Tried my best to make the 6 views of the model as clear to comprehend as possible.
