...and wind! It was so blustery, I was afraid my tripod was going to fall over!

Another shot from Coddington Road. I really like the huge sky views I can get from this place. It had been raining/thundering on an off all day so I knew the clouds would be primed for epic sunset shots!

more from the summer afternoon of 8-22-10, before the rainbow at core creek park in pennsylvania

no sepia filter was used, it was this color outside. it was spectacular. the rain was coming down heavily and my camera was getting soaked. I thought it was going to get ruined but i didn't want to pass this up. this is probably my favorite picture i've ever taken

This icy world on the Door County Penninsula in Wisconsin was a delight to the senses in every way. Beautiful and harsh, it made one feel completely alive.
