The Mobile, Alabama Chapter of Veterans for Peace is calling on Veterans, Military Families, and Katrina Survivors to Join Us on a March for Peace and Justice: From the Persian Gulf to the Gulf Coast - Bring Them Home Now!
As we enter the fourth year of this illegal, unjust, and unnecessary war, Veterans For Peace, Vietnam Veterans Against the War, Iraq Veterans Against the War, Military Families Speak Out, and Gold Star Families for Peace, along with Katrina survivor organizations in the region, are organizing a 135-mile, 5-day march from Mobile, AL to New Orleans, LA.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., said in 1967 that the soul of the nation was in jeopardy from the three giants of racism, economic exploitation, and militarism. We are still in danger, and that struggle is not over.
Recent estimates show that the war against Iraq may cost almost $3 TRILLION. A mere fraction of that money could be spent to rebuild New Orleans and other Gulf Coast communities, and ensure that the rightful residents move back there, and not the Bush cronies among developers and land speculators. U.S. troops need to come home now, and that money must be spent so Gulf Coast families can return to their homes.
We are demanding the immediate return of our troops from Iraq, and calling for U.S. tax dollars to be spent on human priorities such as the rebuilding of the devastated Gulf Coast, instead of the illegal occupation of Iraq.
Tuesday, March 14 - Sunday, March 19, 2006
March 19 is the 3rd anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq. That’s three years too long of laying siege and occupying a country whose people want and need us out, along with the majority of Americans who also want to see U.S. troops returned home immediately.
Let’s not stay in one more year.
For this war - Not one more day!
Not one more dime!
Not one more life!
Not one more lie!
Bring the Troops Home NOW!
JUSTICE for the victims of FEMA and Katrina!
End the war in Iraq, and Meet Human Needs at Home!
Iraqis decide the future of Iraq!
Katrina survivors decide the future of the Gulf Coast!

The men of the Iraqi Army gather at an assembly area before going on operation.
One has to admire these men's courage. They get blown up bys IEDs and VBIEDs, they get machine-gunned, shot, mortared, sniped at and RPGed while they ride unarmored pick-up trucks and unarmored lorries. They and their families are at perpetual risk of being kidnapped and beheaded by the terrorists. As a result their losses are mightily heavy. Yet they utter no complaints and keep soldiering on despite everything. And for all those who fall in the service of their nation, others step up to take their place in the line. There is hardly better proof of their commitement and devotion to duty.
Iraqi soldiers are brave and given time, the training provided by the US, Australia, UK, Germany, and Canada, they will develop and grow into the first arab army in service of their fellow citizens rather than in the service of a murderous dictator. Which means they will be the best arab army.

Sol’leks is my my Spirit Day choice. He's very comfortable with himself, he’s open about everything and enjoys not being fully one gender. He loves his boyfriend and thinks it's great to wear long hair, jewelry and skirts with tank tops and jeans. He’s got lots of spirit to share.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Spirit Day. Thanks to everyone who wore purple and posted support on all social media. This is special thanks to everyone who did something special to remember. As a very proud members of LGBT community, my girlfriend (the beautiful =MoonyIce)and I offer our special thanks to everyone who participated.
Here comes the second Thanksgiving picture I promised you all!!
This one features myself, my little sister, the Mane 6, Spike, the Cutie Mark Crusaders, the Railway Twins, Zecora, and the Background 6 (actually it's more like the Background 5 because there's a character missing). The missing character out the Background 6 is Doctor Whooves. There are a lot of Doctor Who models out there, but I don't know which is the proper one, so I left him out. Originally, I was gonna feature the Mane 6, Spike, and the Cutie Mark Crusaders in this picture, and Zecora and the "Background 5" in another picture, but I didn't want to go overboard with it like I did with my Winter Wrap Up pictures. So I decided to put them all in the same picture. The only thing I had to do to compensate for this was zoom the camera out a bit. After I did that, there was extra space on the table for 2 more pies, so I added the blackberry and raspberry pies to it. I even have Apple Bloom holding an apple pie. I was originally gonna Applejack hold it, but I had come too far to go back and redo it, so I let Apple Bloom hold it instead. I was also trying not to rush it.
I was about to render the picture file when I realized that Spike was not in the picture. I didn't want to rearrange everypony to make room for him, so I used Human Spike instead. This marks the fourth time I've used GirlAnimePrincess's Human Spike. I also found out how to remove the unwanted lines on Lyra, Bon Bon, and Spike's faces when I add the Adult Shader effect on them. What a relief!
Well, that's about all there is to say about this. Happy Thanksgiving!

NONE OF THE IMAGES ARE MINE, NOR DO I OWN THEM. Found this while Scrolling through Pictures Decided to make my own!
Team Leader: Captain Jack Sparrow, If I remember correctly almost every decision this guy makes always turns out good for him, so why not put him as Team Leader!
Brawler : Predator, Predators are ultimate Killing Machines who live for the Thrill of the Hunt, + they can take a Beating and when they finally do give in They just Blow themselves up! Best Brawler choice IMO
Weapons Expert: Captain Steven Hiller aka Will Smith, This guy not Only Saved the Planet with his Military Knowledge, but Controlled an ALIEN SPACESHIP the ultimate weapon with little to no experience what so ever, thus for my Weapons Expert
Brains : Sarah Kerrigan, This woman Alone commanded the entire race of Zerg in Starcraft, and in general Starcraft being a very strategic game She seems to be the best Brains for my team
Medic: Resto Druid, If anyone plays WoW they will understand why I made this my Obvious Choice, Best Healer IMO with multiple Healing over time Spells this Druid can Keep multiple people healed with little to no effort what so ever!
Speed Fighter: Spawn , reading the comics as a kid and the movie coming out when I was a small boy, If you have seen Spawn in Action being a creature with Hells Power this guy can use anything to his advantage with his assassin-ninja like reflexes and agility!
Mascot: Witch Doctor, Obvious Pick from me for anyone who knows me.
Guy Who Dies First: Nautilus, from league of legends if anyone is to Die first I'm picking Nautilus because he can Last forever with multiple people or things beating on him, buying my team enough team to GTFO or make some quick kills before moving on!
