"One more time? For the audience?" he says. His voice isn't angry. It's hollow, which is worse. Already the boy with the bread is slipping away from me. I take his hand, holding on tightly, preparing for the cameras, and dreading the moment when I will finally have to let go." ó Suzanne Collins (The Hunger Games)
"Well, there is this one girl. Iíve had a crush on her ever since I can remember. But Iím pretty sure she didnít know I was alive until the reaping." ... She have another fellow?" asks Caesar. I donít know, but a lot of boys like her," says Peeta. So, hereís what you do. You win, you go home. She canít turn you down then, eh?" says Caesar encouraging-ly. I donít think itís going to work out. Winning...wonít help in my case," says Peeta. Why ever not?" says Caesar, mystified. Peeta blushes beet red and stammers out. "Because...because...she came here with me." (Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins)
"As I drift off, I try to imagine that world, somewhere in the future, with no Games, no Capitol. A place like the meadow in the song I sang to Rue as she died. Where Peeta's child could be safe. When I wake, I have a brief, delicious feeling of happiness that is somehow connected with Peeta."
My fan-made teaser poster for 'The Hunger Games' upcoming movie. I really like this one . I wanted to make something realistic. Not fan-made, although it is. Something that a fan could look and say 'oh, it could definetly look like the real teaser poster' you know...besides, the idea was to bring a teaser, not the OFFICIAL (so it probably doesn't have to show what the movie is about and that, like most of people say...) anyways, I tried to use katniss as good as I could. Her eyes are grey, her skin...and I wanted to make her both fierce and pretty. So here's what I got, hope you like it!
